Sadly it will be the mark of most games this season with a team too young, a coaching set up inexperienced with English football, and a board that thinks you can get results on the cheap...relegation this season...and it pains me to say that. I find this sudden positivety quite scary and totally without either realism or foundation. The preseason results were not good whichever way you try and spin them. I believe some on here are in for a nasty shock this season. We will do well to escape relegation...that will be a good season. The positivety on here while admirable is not quantified by fact

Me I will be totally gobsmacked if we win...Father Christmas is more likely to come down my chimney , and that has been blocked off for years

I think Minty got it right...the idea is sound, the execution is not. Its a bit like being in a fog and knowing which place you want to get to, but can't see which route to take. Until there is a clear direction and strategy its not for me ! Headless chickens running in different directions is the way that I see them
