Since then we have lost 9 very good players and although we did a decent job of replacing them, this year we have replaced them with caulker, Cedric, Martina, clasie.

I don't think the equation is spend more money and go into admin, I think we can spend more but i think as Koeman said we are the only club who had a surplus in the summer.
