I think weston has been really good saying what he has. If you look at previous takeovers on other clubs the people in question usually do make some of their bid common knowledge. To be fair nick a lot of bidders come in at the last minute, that is common practice. I can understand people being sceptical, but guys we seem to be in a much better position than last week. It was no bids other than someone to do with lowe. Now it is at least 2 bids, matt le tiss involved and another decent bid. I trust the farmer as much as I trust anyone. After his comments about lowe I would defiantely get rid. I have also met him and all he does is stick up for lowe and is very arrogant. That coupled with the fact he is a clown of a manager and I come up with the simple answer NO WAY, GET RID.

I cannot believe people slagging leon off. People who do this just do not know the real facts. I cannot tell you how many little things he has done for the club recently, i.e paying off all sorts of bills. He spent a lot of money buying the shares. He then backed wilde when anyone would have voted lowe out. He was lied to by wilde about wilde putting money in and not knowing that the execs who wilde brought in were running the club. Leon tried to implement cost cutting and was turned down by the execs who were horrible people. When we finally gor rid of the execs maybe he shouldnt have given gorman and dodd a chance but he made up for this by appointing pearson and we stayed up. During this time leon was at st mary's working pretty much 5 days a week and not taking any wages. He also stepped in and paid for the ted bates statue. Recently although not working for the club and with his business taking a hit, he has stepped in again to try and help by putting in 50k and a lot more for other things that havent been mentioned. So I am sorry for not jumping on the anti-leon banner, but equally when people say "fans dont like lowe cos he is posh" I am starting to think people dont like leon because he doesnt speak posh and is one of us, except he has done very well for himself and is richer than lowe. Not everyone is a good public speaker but at least he tries because he loves saints. I for one applaud him and urge other people on this site to think before they type.

I am going to try and be really diplomatic now. I am going to try and reach out and bring you in with the rest of us. I couldn't stand lowe. I could go on about the wrongs he has done, but I am not going to because it is now time to move on. Lowe isnt here anymore and now is the time to unite together and move on. Leon whether you like him or not is trying to help the club in its hour of need. How about we forget lowe and think of ways we can help. I have agreed with a lot of things you have said in the past mate but I dont understand your stance on this. What are you on? I couldnt give a damn who has done what in the past, all I know is all the groups are trying to get together and try and do something. Everyone just snipping on here should get off their backsides and try and do something too. I have never been a fan of the trust but they do seem to be trying to do the right thing at the moment and I applaud nick for this. Mate your'e completely deluded. How did crouch get us in this mess? He wanted lowe out so he went with wilde but wasnt sure. The execs then took control so he didnt have a say but tried as hard as he could to stop them. He was then incharge from dec 07 and appointed a good manager in pearson. During this time crouch was working 5 days a week and paying himself no money for it. He paid for the statue out of his own pocket. He has donated 50k to the fund to keep us in business. Well mate dont want to ruin your'e argument but 8 of us boycotted this season under lowe after having a season ticket for 20 years and we have gone back the last 2 games and I know a lot of other people who think like that. Anyway, lowe has gone now and the atmosphere was great, a club united at last, and look what difference it makes. I reckon 32k vs burnley if we get good resuly at sheffield.
