Chaplow when he was on loan was a good option. He was different. Im hoping stephens with his goalscoring record will be more skillful and better going forward and holding the ball and then morgan is great at sitting and passing. Hammonds a bit of everything so they would all accomodate eachother very well. Just think chaplow needs to be playing his role better at mo.

I just dont think hammond dominates the game enough. I agree hes been better recently. Sat was one of his worst games for a while. I disagree at mo over chaplow, think he has been poor for a while now and adkins knows that I think. His passing is poor and he has not been as sharp as he was earlier in season for me. Plus I didnt say Hammond was def not good enough, only chaplow at mo.

Yes I remember that too. Seaborne for me is probably our worst player. At posh he was shocking and at exeter last season. I dont care what people think if jaidi had played those 2 games we would have won. I think adkins realises since posh that jaidi needs to play as much as poss.

Merrington said it was a hint of genius. Seriously though, I agree he hasnt always been at his best this season but adkins has him playing a lot deeper, ricky said that. 54 goals in under 2 seasons is pretty awesome though.

Guess youre not a fan of morgan? I think youre blind if you cant see lamberts passing ability. How many assists recently? Short pass to put barny through vs charlton wasnt bad or his 40 yard ball vs mk dons before 2nd goal or his pass to barny vs orient.

Did you not see him running yesterday? Also adkins said he has every chance of playiong again this season with a big grin on his face.

I think chaplow has been poor since we signed him permantly. Morgan was class beofre he got injured and in a higher league would shine. Rememeber hes only 20-21 I think. So he will improve. His passing for me is the best we have with maybe the exclusion of ricky.

Lallana AOC Gobern Forwards Lambert Barny Guly forte(cover) Reckon we would need to buy to go up again : Right back possibly Left back possibly Another centre back like jaidi but younger At least one centre mid as hammond and defo chaplow not good enough. Another class centre forward possibly

He has been running and adkins basically said hed be back before end of season. I feel its important as chaplow has been poor for 2 months now and hammond wasnt great on weekend. We have won nearly every game without him but he gives us something different imo.

We can win with the squad we have. Jonno quick scored 2 goals and hasnt played since. Encouraging to see morgan running and looks like he will be back soon and dale stephens too. With morgan back our squad will be awesome. Connolly is even fit! Chaplow for me was poor on weekend and has been for ages and hammond wasnt great on sat either. For me the centre midfield is our weak point still. Lambert and barny fine and the centre backs are simply amazing at mo. Love being a saints fan at mo.

Chaplow has been rubbish for a while now. Shouldnt play. Forte should start and maybe richardson. Plus martin should be on bench not seaborne.

WTF! Jaidi was great again. What exactly did he do wrong? The guys an absolute revelation. He is getting quicker as he gets older. Lallana was good but needs to work on his finishing and his free kicks and corners! Looked like stephens will take them. Lambert was lazy but very effective as he set up all 3 goals. Hammond and chaplow poor again. Neither will be good enough for championship imo.

I don't think lallana is any better than fonte for his position.

Definately chambo, hes been a bit off on form since xmas imo. Also adam has had lots of injuries and his goalscoring feats arent as good as a result.
