I think this new guy should be fine. It was obvious last night our defence isnt good enough. I think having sold AOC its natural that people expected the squad to be strengthened. Where do you think that money will go? However, if people were too pricey for what they were worth I can also see the sentiment of not paying over the odds and waiting til we get right deal.

What a manager we have. His decision making is superb, his team selections spot on. Subs very good. Team spirit is excellent. I think the fact he was a physio has helped as our recovery is excellent. Look at connolly no coincidence he hasnt been injured since adkins got here. Only area you could criticise is other than cork and maybe de ridder his signings need to be very good. But lets hope for a cb and cf before weds.

I find it tough to question adkins decisions when the guy is a bloody legend and does nearly everthing right.

No id have still said we needed a centre back if we had drawn 0-0. I also think we need a striker with a bit of pace. However, think our manager is superb and we are very lucky to have him.
