Did anyone else notice the first song at half time ? Earth Wind & Fire Do you remember the 21st night of September ? (Fair play to the DJ)

Has anyone heard anymore on this - either from the individuals or the club ?

Southampton fans from Salisbury and Basingstoke

The fact that this is even a thread says a lot about Saints fans -
The only plus point for us this season ? We are the team that stopped the quadruple

I followed my son refereeing from age 14 to 18 (he stopped then to go to Uni) - by far the worst abuse he received was when reffing age groups 10-13 year olds - basically parents threatening violence etc - in game and after. He found reffing Sunday League mens far less stressful.

Its fake tears - just showing the fans "looks like I care"

Have a look this Stoke reaction.... https://oatcakefanzine.proboards.com/thread/306429/mad-nate-favourite-southampton-job Mad Nate !

VAR does appear to be some kind of extra marketing tool for BT/SKY to talk about and generates another form of "entertainment". We've replaced one dodgy system for another - all open to various forms of interpretation - and that includes offside - thickness of the line my arse. Bin it and just use goal line tech.
-
Absolutely the point when its a sell out - stewards appear (generally) not interested and turn a blind eye - less aggro for them I suppose
-
The bit not mentioned here is the fact that the Arsenal game was a sell out - any Saints fans wanting tickets and presumably bolstering our vocal support would have been unable to buy one because some Arsenal fan had taken it (by fair means or foul)...... Had 2 Germans next to me in Block 40 who started laughing when Arsenal scored and looking longingly at the the main Arsenal fans - I asked them if they'd like to go and join them ... err no, they remained utterly passive for the rest of the game.

Danny Drinkwater opens up on time at Chelsea - and available ?
