Roast Chicken or Beef(my 2 fave meats), Potatoes(boiled first then put in a tray and drizzle with olive oil) then the veg of my choice from Peas, Leeks and Sweetcorn. Not a fan of Yorkshire puds but my mrs likes them.

The tax-dodging tossers will get out of it.

I see this thread has more posts than the skates have fans that go to their cow shed. Have they gone bust yet?

The fun and games has just begun, I think Hearn is going to try and destroy the BDO from the inside, so eventually the BDO management will go to Hearn with the begging bowl. The discontent has already started with 8 counties voting in favour of the deal and I suspect Hampshire is one of those. As for the others, I have no idea. An interesting programme to watch is "Blood on the carpet: the split in Darts" which is about the original split in 1994(or was it 1995?), you should be able to find it on youtube. Watching it shows what Olly Croft is like - he did well to get Darts organised in the first place, but when Darts when got a hammering with comedy sketches and the like, he and the BDO management didn't have a clue what to do. They did little to reverse the loss of coverage on ITV and BBC with the Embassy(now the Lakeside Championship) the only event remaining. When this happened, he should've stepped aside or at least employed media savvy people to try and reverse the trend but no, he kept his head in the sand. The BDO is his baby and whilst he is still alive, my personal opinion is that there will not be a unification. As for the coverage of Darts on the TV now, the BBC coverage seems a bit antiquated and it looks like they're still using the same stage set from the 80's. I much prefer the ITV coverage as it seems more slicker and well presented, the addition of Chris Mason(like him or hate him) is welcome as he does know his stuff. As for the Sky coverage of darts, I still prefer the ITV coverage for 1 reason - Sid Waddell. That man does my nut in with his referrals to 'understackers', 'overstackers' and his constant arse licking of Phil Taylor. No denying that Taylor is the greatest ever player in the sport but does Waddell have to keep going on about him, especially in matches that Taylor isn't even playing.

Thats very kind of you Stu - its nice to remind him that you have more money than his club!

It seems that story teller has missed his true vocation - being a politician, after all, they mostly talk **** and claim money they don't deserve so he'd fit in well. If Storrie said what day of the week it was, I'd check a calender just to be sure. I don't believe a word of a takeover being imminent... after all last weekend, a takeover was going happen in 24-48 hours. I do feel a teeny bit sorry for the fans having to put up with tripe peddled by the Dr Goebbels of football.

Don't think so, all I think it means is when the skates go pop and HMRC have had their debts paid, the geezer can do what he pleases with the land and recoup some of his loan.
-
How anyone can believe this tosh is beyond me. How can stars many light years away have a direct influence on someones life?
-
Storrie is a **** of the highest order and has helped the skates to the edge of oblivion with his(and others) financial incompetence. If they do go pop then people simply waving pieces of paper in his face will be the least of his worries.
-
**** off and die you inbred skate ****.

Were playing at quite a high tempo... I wonder how long we can keep it up? I'm hoping that O'Hara gets knobbled - that should help things. I'll moan about our passing in the final third again - had quite a few chances which may've had a different outcome if the passing was a bit better.
-
The passing in the final third could be a bit better...

The PL should've only lifted the transfer embargo for the purpose of Pompey to sell players only in order to pay some of their debts. It is totally unfair, especially on other PL teams, in and around the relegation spots that a clearly insolvent club is able to sign players. Its a situation that stinks but then again not surprising that the PL and football in general is more or less courrupt.

And below that article was this advert: Top Comedy Club Buy Your Tickets Now and Have a Laugh at Your Local Highlight Club! TheHighlight.co.uk/PortsmouthComedy Don't think they're going get out of this TBH which is a shame as it would be nice to beat them again.

Moan, moan ****ing moan, even if we were top of the league, some of you would find something to whinge about. Wasn't even expecting the play-offs this season personally so not too bothered, next season however is totally different - we have to aim for automatic promotion.

SG: "So whats this I keep hearing about brown envelopes" MM: "I better not say too much in case a certain someone get a bit too twitchy" Or SG "Who's the tosser who keeps ringing that bloody bell?" MM: "Don't worry about him, he's here on the care in the community scheme"
-
Why the hell did the PL lift the transfer embargo whilst PFC couldn't afford to pay their players? It is unfair to the other clubs around the PL relegation spots as it gives an insolvent club an unfair advantage. As for the PL's F&PP test, don't make me laugh - Robert Mugabe would easily pass it. Apart from the skates, who's the next club likely to go into admin?
-
Feel sorry for the Palace fans but I wonder who will be next into admin?

Penny shares - do not touch with a barge pole, they are often illiquid with very few trades a day unless there is news(usually bad). Some may double, triple or quadruple in value etc etc, but these are far and few between. They may seem cheap but when you add up the commission for trading on top, it doesn't seem too much of a bargain. Suhari - if you're too concerned about KAH then have you thought of selling half of your holding?
-
Surely the south coast comedy club haven't got much longer left, unless they are dragging it out until relegation is a total certainty?
-
Oh god, not more 'in the know' crap, I thought that disappeared with the dark lord and LLS.

Barely an inch in Eastleigh... so much for this foot or so of snow we were meant to be getting!
