Just started it! -
Never!

Sadly it all seems inevitable. I would very much like to hear what the PFA's view on VVD's behaviour would be? Probably the same as the Premier League who's interest is in protecting the best interests of the bigger teams at the expense of the smaller teams so the the "product", or football as us fans know it, can keep generating the big money income. Perhaps it's time to jack in my sky sports subscription, that will show em!

And so did I, he was a fantastic player, however towards the end of his career with us, it was sad to see how often he was injured. I think it was WGS who famously joked that Pahars was the only player he knew who could walk past a computer and pick up a virus! Let's hope Boufal is made of sterner stuff

The new Pahars!!

Fantastic well done to them, let's hope there are some first team players in the making! -
Oh dear, no doubt they will blame the media and play the innocent victims card again. Still it's great that the club finally grew a set and pushed back rather than bending over for that lot again. He may still go but at least it won't be to them!!

Totally agree, oh and can we also stop this boll*cks about "Champions League ready" as well...
-
Can we not apply for a court restraining order against Liverpool FC...stalking of the worst kind if you ask me!
-
I'm with Whitey Grandad on this one if people want to boo they have paid their money and are entitled to express their feelings and opinions alike. I wonder if you were around when Branfoot was our manager if so I suspect you must have been in a minority of one not booing!
-
Yep oversight on my part Yoshida also had a good game and what a tackle he made when Cedric made that awful back pass!!
-
Well thank god for Romeu and Stephens who at least showed some commitment and endeavour today. I do wonder how many others heads were somewhere else. Sadly I was all for giving Puel another season but looking at the players over the last few games, I do wonder whether the players are really doing it for him, I think not in which case I can't see how he survive the end of season review!
-
On that basis the one person who deserves a rest is Romeu!

Liverpool 0-0 Saints - Match & Reactions Thread
Strangely Brown replied to Heisenberg's topic in The Saints
Can't remember playing Liverpool 4 times in a season before and not conceding!! It wasn't pretty but Claude does seem to have Klopps number. -
I was up for giving Puel a chance, after all his footy CV wasn't the worst and he had European experience which is what we needed give the season we faced. We exited Europe going out with a whimper in a group we should have won. He got us to a cup final but with what's being produced since then, I am wondering whether the players played for themselves rather than for him? More recently some players have looked less interested as each week passes by and I noticed on Saturday, that a couple of times Puel was on the touch line and shouting to players none of them looked towards him or basically took any notice of what he was trying to say so I wonder if there is an issue between him and the players?
-
I hope your right. I still can't work out where he would be best used in the team out wide or more central as a number 10 role. I certainly agree with many that you can't get the best out of Tadic or Boufal on the pitch together!
-
And if Mcleish gets the Barca job I will eat his sporran!!?
-
His helper monkey is doing it for him!!

Yep couldn't agree more, quite why he felt the need to punch the ball as opposed to using the normal and standard goalkeeping technique suggests to me, Fraser is someone who isn't confident in his own technical capability at the moment!
