Another vote for COD 4, even if I do get massacred every time I play online. Fallout 3 not in the same league but pretty excellent too. Goldeneye probably was the best game ever when it came out, but simply isn't any longer. Other standout "of the time" best games would include GTA 3, original Metal Gear Solid (but they lost the plot with too many long cut scenes thereafter), Hungry Horace, Sensible Soccer and FIFA 99.

So do limited company holding companies have to give up a "right to sue"? Didn't know that. Which rules are they? Football League Rules? On your final point, I don't really see how new owners can sue if they took over after points have been deducted, i.e. they knew what they were getting into.

According to the Football League Rules, what is different about a quoted plc holding co going into administration compared to a limited company holding co going into administration, where in both cases the football club is a limited company subsidiary and holds the golden share?
