I would assume that to be the case: http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=14753&highlight=bald

Watched recently: The Big Lebowski (again): one of my favourite films - superb. 10/10 Che 1 and 2: generally meh. I do wish someone would make a movie about what a useless evil murderous b*stard he was. Both: 5/10 Happiness: great dark humour film but will certainly be offensive to those who don't get it. 7/10 Beavis & Butthead Do America: Brilliant stuff. 10/10

Ok, I've now succumbed to GH (Metallica) - got it today (+ drums) after playing Guitar Rock Tour 2 on the iPod over the weekend and realising it's all about fun, not pretending to be a musician - and it is great fun (despite being booed off a few times at the start). Superb game and a good social game for and with people who love music but aren't musicians. Rory, I thought you hated Metallica?

Nope, just not a faggot.

Also agreed, although I do like Rome as well. As far as European cities go, I think Madrid is probably my favourite. Dubrovnik nice and also fairly cheap. If you could extend it to more than 2 nights, you could do a dual centre Helsinki-Tallinn weekend, flying into one and out of the other with a 2 hour ferry trip between them. When is said wedding anniversary? Can make a difference to recommendations.

Alice In Chains Unplugged. Superb and in retrospect very poignant vocals from Layne.

Yep, did it through these guys on a day trip from Kiev (also worth seeing): http://www.tourkiev.com/chernobyl.php The more people go the cheaper it is. It was full when I went and was definitely worth doing. And re COD 4 - it is very lifelike and very well done.

I have been - went last May. Was a fascinating trip. Fairly sure the radiation machine on the way out didn't go green but they let me go on my way anyway. Not glowing in the dark yet.

Straddles Peru and Bolivia. Bolivian side better IMO. Forgot to mention Easter Island as another different place I've been to as well.

And will he smile about it (or indeed anything)? Will he b*llocks, the miserable tw*t. I hope he gets stuffed in every match he plays in.

Hardly in the same achievements league as kayaking champion Richard Fox though, is he Robsk?

I too have travelled to Panama from CR by bus, it was also an adventure. Panama > CR IMO but Colombia better than both. My favourite visited country is Colombia - I loved it there. As well as North Korea, Chernobyl is also one of the more different trips I've been on. Other great and very different to the UK countries I've visited: Belarus, Guatemala, Bolivia, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, Brazil, Laos, India, Japan, Vietnam, Cambodia and Falkland Islands. Think I've probably been to around 70 countries now.

I bet he is as well, the sad t*sser. In fact, I hope he is and I would like him to know that I blame him for everything. Now sue me you nutsack.

We will finish 1st and it will be easy.

Japan much better than China btw. I love Japan.

Did that in May with a side trip to North Korea, definitely the most 'different' place I have ever been.

One cannot help wondering how Steve Wigley and Stuart Gray would fare in a tag team against the Dutch managersh.

Absolutely Stevo buddy, it's all about different music. Despite my obvious metal preference I like all sorts of music and always keen to listen to everything - I'll give it all a shot. Got everything in my collection including jazz, blues, classical, rock, pop, reggae etc... R&B less so, but there's some there. Each to their own eh? I'm looking forward to Smirking's effort though - believe it or not, it's not all metal for me. I guess I promote it more because it is my favourite genre (usually, but not always) and it isn't well liked among the vast majority of people (although it is well liked). By way of example, I'm listening to Tracy Chapman right now with Carole King up next. Alice In Chains are on the way with Death Angel shortly thereafter...maybe...

I own some bread. Now let's implement rule one, thanks.

saint_bert - thanks for your comments. Pancake is right re Metallica otherwise there would surely have been some on there. You should do a mix as well (please). Smirking, I am impressed by your taste in music but you are wrong IMO re Trujillo - he is great and, as was suggested, a key part to Metallica's recent resurgence (again IMO) and awesome live as well. However, this is no bad reflection on Newsted who was also great but unfortunate to leave when the band was in meltdown (check out Some Kind Of Monster). Don't know if you've seen it but Newsted played with Trujillo on Metallica's recent induction into the R&R Hall Of Fame - Newsted is a top musician and worthy of huge respect after being treated badly by Lars and James. It seems he is not bitter one iota. They're both great but Trujillo is working right now.
