I think we can all agree that fat c*nts are fair game for abuse.

I think the most prominent vocals are actually Cantrell's anyway, other than on track 3 (can't remember the name, but it's a great song). DuVall not in the same league as Staley but I'd say this is a stronger album than than the "Tripod" album.

With respect, I don't think it should be left to the state to fund families who can afford to support their own children but the parents cannot be grown up enough to talk to each other about it. Let's not forget that we are talking about those who can actually afford it here. Whatever happened to personal responsibility?

Brown also got on my t*ts this morning saying he wasn't going to consider means testing child benefit. Apart from the fact he should at least consider it, particularly given the state of the countries finances (which he seemed to suggest were in perfect condition), not giving cash to people who really don't need it would save a fortune. Yet more bribing of voters at the expense of what is undoubtedly right for the country. The one eyed Scottish idiot.

Pete Townshend got away with it as well (images on his computer anyway).

New AIC album, which passed me by the first couple of plays but I now think is an utterly superb album. I can't stop listening to it. Love it.

lol, I really wouldn't worry about it.

Sharm is a sh*thole and Hurghada an even bigger one. Diving good in Sharm though. Dahab better but Luxor is the best place in Egypt, and by some distance.

Facebook is for losers and stalkers.

That is correct Bertie - Myles Kennedy confirmed he was spoken to about that (or maybe Tremonti confirmed it in respect of Myles), but I don't think it went anywhere. In my view, he is one of the best singers in rock at the moment.

In that case, it sounds like you haven't got time to be boozing anyway. So what's the problem? No thanks, there's a school of thought that those who "can" "do" and those who "can't" "teach", plus I like boozing too much. That's why I chose a different career path.

Children don't stop being children at weekends or during school holidays. They look up to you and you need to set an example at all times. Furthermore, I don't think it should apply to anybody other than teachers. You get more holidays than anyone else and knock off at 3.30pm every day of the few you work, surely it's not too much to ask to stay sober all the time.

Because you're a teacher and you should set an example to our precious little children. If you were a true professional you wouldn't need to be told to steer clear of pubs. Quite frankly, one has to wonder how seriously you take your job.

1976 fa cup final & semi. 1979 league cup final tickets
Rattlehead replied to Brother Smith's topic in Buy / Sell
Face value £4, including watching a winning semi final and cup final. You can now own these pieces of paper for 99p more than that. He must be hard up. -
I had been hoping to be listening to the new AIC album but the Royal Mail c*nts in London have made sure that that won't be happening any time soon. I will more than likely pay to download it as well. Anyone any comments on the latest Megadeth and Pearl Jam albums? Not overly impressed with the Megadeth one and don't see what all the hype is about.

Looks like a good list, looking forward to listening to it.

I agree that teachers should stay out of pubs. Sets a bad example to kids etc...

I was there too and was a bit gutted they went for Amsterdam for the DVD instead, didn't know it had gone wrong. One of my favourite gigs ever, for sure. Hot Leg were truly shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiite at the though. On amazon.com, it now says it ships in 1 to 2 months - I hope it hasn't been put back again.
-
Good stuff Jonny. We need more metal lists.

Thanks Jonny, glad you enjoyed it. Agree completely re Alter Bridge - seen them a couple of times. A great band. They have a Live In Amsterdam DVD due out next week (as is the new Alice In Chains album, which I can't wait for - what a week), but I can't find it anywhere on Amazon/Play or anywhere else (other than in the US). Please let me know if you find it!

To be honest, I don't think China is anywhere near my number 1 place to travel, probably not even top 20.
-
Depending on where in Mexico you are, I'd also recommend checking out Guatemala. I am jealous.

@TDD: Vietnam and Cambodia are ace, loved and highly recommend both of them. The flights are easily the biggest expense (unless you go somewhere like North Korea, which is very expensive to get into as well as your flights) and I spend a small fortune on those each year. Unavoidable though really if you've only got 5 weeks leave spread throughout the year. Otherwise pretty cheap generally, depending where you go of course. I've stayed in expensive hotels and stuff but in all honesty I prefer just rocking up in a town and picking somewhere with a bit more character and usually inexpensive. Outside Europe and the US, most costs (food, booze, buses, trains etc...) are normally dirt cheap. Also: Seychelles is my idea of a holiday hell, although I'm sure it's looks nice.
