£70k a week aint a hard sell

1. If I had an inkling on the value I would have put it down but I dont 2. Yea it would be the ethical, moral and right thing to do. But as that world generally doesnt exist I suspect we and others will pass. For example with Clyne you did not pay what Palace wanted and agreed a compromise. That is what one failed CVA and another one has done. Not right I know but its happened. Thats what the £2m is for. There is £8m in the pot but a significant portion of that will go on transfer fees. We ow £1m to Bari for Huseklepp as one example. See above. If a break even position can be maintained a £4m wage budget is doable. The creditors have agreed a compromise rightly or wrongly. How did Aviva feel when you didnt pay the full ammount back and then bought Lambert for £1m? Surely that should of gone to Aviva? I want to win the euromillions tomorrow but wanting and getting are two entirely different debates. I think he will get some but considering hes saying hes owed some monies from 2006 I find that hard to believe.

Your forgetting the £14m odd worth of parachute payment we are technically due. We alread have in escrow £1.6m (season ticket sales 8,000 @ £200 average) £1m from 4 HNW individuals £2m from from pledges (I assume 33% reduction due to gameplaying or no money now) £1.45m bridging loan from council. Total £20.05m Known Expenditure Chainrai £2.75m Loan payback £1.8m (working on the basis we will pay interest) Players £2m Staff £0.85m Expected Wage Budget for 2012/13 £4m Transfer Budget £0.5m (to pay for player loans primarily) Total £11.9m Delta £8.15m Extras to be paid, transfer fees, non playing staff Extra income sponsorship, crowds above 8k, shirt sponsorship Rough breakdown

£2.75m/£18m = 15.2p in the pound

The same Doncaster who had Diouf and Habib playing most of last season yet only paid £2k per week for both?
-
And do you think the PFA want the headlines of Milionaire footballers kill off 114 year old football club by their greed? I know they are owed money and fully accept they should be owed that money.
-
I know I will get lambasted for this but I would do so for every million pounds worth of debt you are in (providing you are in administration and whatever figure this is at the initial creditors meeting). A point deduction for every £1m worth of debt. So £60m in debt chasing a dream then 60 points deduction start of the next season and subsequent seasons till debt is paid off via a CVA. This should encourage teams to live within their means

Leading light and just 10 caps at 26 years old....
-
Wont be admin this time. Club will be extinct
-
Dont buy that as Sam Magri was playing for Portsmouth and hes off to England duty today
-
And you dont think 14 clubs would agree to guarantee themselves £50m a year?
-
Academy player for the future
-
Yes not exactly the rock you were looking for!
-
Lassana Diarra - Because hes been at our place before and has an FA Cup winners medal
-
Chamberlain looked like a lost lamb on that pitch
-
Dont forget Sharp either
-
From memory he scored goals for fun in Sudnerlands academy team. Just not had the break at first team level
-
Pretty sure we are not doing this... Adult Match tickets are also available from just £23 when bought in advance of a matchday An Under 11s category in all areas has been introduced, and all under 11s will be admitted FREE when attending matches with a full paying adult Would certainly boost our attendances if it were £23 a ticket

Last post of the day for me, but I suspect the pricing for you is a bit more reasonable than ours right now as we are still on prices set by Chainrai. On the gate price is £32 for a game and Barnet last week was £15. If memory serves we were paying £35 or £37 when we had our super team in the Prem so a lot as finding the current prices not exactly "value" for money. You guys are on the crest of a wave right now with everything that Adkins is touching is turned to gold, fair play to you. My own personal view is when the league starts to balance out you will finish between 14th and 8th which for most promoted clubs is very good, then on the proviso Cortese hasnt sacked Adkins I think you will be very high up the table next season by virtue of the teams that come down from the Prem this year are nowhere near as strong as what came down last year.

And how many turned out for the ML Trophy? You might not have noticed personally but for many people monney is very tight right now.
-
So 3 home games in a week is easy to finance then? £79 for an adult to watch all three excluding travel costs
-
Not when they Austin ready to step in
-
Burnley must be laughing all the way to the bank

The problem is most Prem forwards are 140 or higher. Maynard I think is as good as the mighty Nugent on FM
