  1. I think we should stick to singing hits from the 80's. Personally I'd like us to perform more 'One hit wonders' rather than the usual OMD, Duran Duran and Spandau Ballet stuff.
  2. I hear Connolly is a really big Ultravox fan and once applied to go on Stars In Their Eyes as Midge Ure's moustache.
  3. 'They Don't Know' by Tracey Ullman or 'Love Plus One' by Haircut 100?
  4. How can this be our best 11 when Puncheon hasn't even started a game for us?
  5. Looks like broom cupboard favourite Andy Crane.
  6. How about 'Loves Great Adventure' by Ultravox?
  7. I see Danns got both goals in Palace's 2-0 win today, not that it makes the slightest bit of difference. Just thought I'd throw that useless bit of information into the mix as everybody else seems to be at it.
  8. Don't understand the team selection if I'm honest. Would have played Thomas at RB and Jaidi at CB instead of Seabourne.
  9. ********! I can't make it on the Saturday. I was hoping for a Sunday fixture
  10. As predicted on Facebook yesterday . Just wish I'd had a bet on it
  11. Doesn't everybody already know this?
  12. I recently read something about the ground. They've left the top tier out until they get promoted and start to attract bigger crowds - lol. The local paper in MK reported that they are hoping Tottenham will re-develop White Hart Lane and have to ground share with them for a couple of seasons. The extra revenue this will bring in will raise the funds needed to intall the third tier at Stadium MK. So what if Spurs don't want to ground share at MK? Highly possibe given that it's 50 miles away. That will still leave them with a half complete stadium. Muppets!
  13. Let's just get some things into perspective. They moved the club 70 miles so the majority of Wimbledon fans won't go any more as it's about a 2 hour drive to watch their so called 'home team'. They've moved to a city where everybody will already have a team that they support, so attracting new fans is always going to be a near impossible task. The best they can hope for is that parents may take their kids for something to do on a Saturday afternoon, but most of those kids will already support one of the big 4. The whole set up is a disgrace. You can't go moving Football Clubs all over the country. A mate of mine was a life long Wimbledon supporter. Ironically he lives in Milton Keynes, but he'll never go and watch MKD. For him, Wimbledon FC died the day they moved from South London.
  14. It'll take you more than 35 mins to walk from the Caldecotte Arms. It's resteraunt/bar attached to a Premier Inn so don't expect many fans to gather there.
  15. I hope Pardew tears them to pieces for that. You don't take the lead in a game in the 92nd minute and only come away with a point... Unless you're Saints - The true masters of throwing away points in injury time.
  16. We need to beat them... But I bet we don't.
  17. Elvis = Utter ****e!
  18. The new stadium jinx strikes another club!
  19. I can't believe people are being so narrow minded. Think of the potential a merged club would have. One of the biggest catchment areas in the country and the financial power to compete with the top 4.
  20. Surely you'd want to get hold of them, not hole of them?
  21. Let's say a merger did happen, and it allowed Saints/P*mpey to become one of the biggest clubs in the country and compete with the likes of Chelsea & Utd, would you not want this?
  22. Luton will win this one.
  23. When are the press going to realise that there is a pattern developing. Every club that Harry Redkrapp has managed have fallen into a dire financial situation. Bournemouth. West Ham. Saints. P*mpey. Look over your shoulders Spuds. You will be next!!!
  24. I've heard that the attendance will be limited to 55k It was limited to this amount last season despite the fact that Luton Town could have sold another 20,000 tickets. They were pretty annoyed as it would have been a good earner for the club, but they were told that there was no movement on the 55k due to a prior agreement with Wembley officials and police. It's a joke.
