  1. Funny. I don't think I did, but if trying to belittle me helps you get some laughs from your little clique then I'm delighted for you.
  2. When did I say Jones had done a terrible job? I said there's no denying that he's done a great job at Luton but he's at his level and a lot of Luton fans don't like him.
  3. How have we gone from the likes of Poch, Puel, Koeman and Hassenhuttl to Nathan fucking Jones? Honestly, this club. They've been taking the piss out of us fans for years. This is the final straw for me. I can't support Jones' appointment.
  4. I assume that the vast majority of the 11% who do want him are Pompey fans? I saw another poll that only had yes or no as the options. 98% didn't want him.
  5. I really don't like him, and that's coming from someone who was born in Luton and held a season ticket there in the past. For a start, he's Welsh, which is never good in my book. 😉 FFS Saints, please DO NOT employ muppet.
  6. Luton are my second team. I watch them as much as I watch Saints. There's no doubt that Jones has done a great job at Luton, but this is his level. His football is poor. He's a Dave Bassett, Neil Warnock kind of manager. Luton work hard but they're not great to watch. Despite his relative success, I really don't like him at all. He's a badge kissing, chest thumping moron with a bit of an ego. He jumped ship at the first opportunity when he went to Stoke and then came back with his tail between his legs. A lot of Luton fans still dislike him for that. I'd say a lot of his success is actually down to the fans being the 12th man and making Kenilworth Road a bit intimidating. It's a small noisy ground, the fans get behind the team and he plays up to that. Tactically, he's nothing special and I don't see him being able to hack it at Premiership level with a big ground full of fans who don't really get behind the team. No disrespect, but our fans aren't exactly the noisiest bunch and St. Mary's isn't somewhere that intimidates opposing teams. This is a bizarre decision as spit and sawdust managers like Jones never last in the top flight. They're not about playing nice attractive football. It's about all being physical and let's be honest, Saint's aren't exactly a physical team. I think he'll be out of his depth and is in for a massive shock. I think our players are in for a bigger shock, and I think our fans are already in shock.
  7. Piss poor. 😞
  8. Luton are my hometown team, second to Saints they're the team I watch the most. JONES IS NOT THE ANSWER! Yes, he's worked wonders at Luton but I wouldn't even want him if we were a Championship club. He's just not at the level we require. Lots of passion, shouting and chest thumping but pretty shit football. He was found out when he went to Stoke and I can't see anything other than him being a flop at Saints. The way he set Luton up in the Derby against Watford two weeks ago was laughable. Final result 4-0. This is a suicidal appointment. A massive downgrade on Ralph. Absolutely livid.
  9. How the fuck is Nathan Jones already 1/2 odds on favourite for the Saints job? He's done a great job at Luton but got found out when he went to Stoke and ended up back at Luton, which is about his level.
  10. Reports saying he's gone.... But will take charge of the Liverpool game, apparently. 😂 Honestly, this club.
  11. He's still here then? 😠 If I wake up tomorrow and there's no announcement of his departure then I'm voting with my feet. Why would I shell out for tickets when that clueless prick is 'running' the show.
  12. Like so many other players that Ralph has coached.
  13. Absolutely spot on. Ralph's doing an 'Ole'. He used to do the same thing at Man Utd every time his job was on the line. Our performance in the first half just shows that RH hasn't for a fucking clue what he's doing. Palace have completely dominated. Lyanco is going to end up getting sent off.
  14. Terrible result. Ralph always manages to pull a win out of the bag just as his time seems to be up. Just had a look at the results from the same 11 fixtures fixtures last season, substituting Burnley for Bournemouth. Saints took 12 points from the same fixtures last season compared to 11 this season. So we're nearly as shit as we were last season but we now look even more clueless. Top work, Ralph.
  15. Another Monday morning and he's still here. 😞 Sleepwalking us into relegation.
  16. Another Monday morning, another manager sacked (Bruce) by a club who've realised that it isn't working, yet Ralph is still here. 😩
  17. Some reports surfacing that Ralph's departure will be on Monday and that a replacement has already been appointed. Speculative bullshit or is there some truth in this?
  18. Well documented that he doesn't have any kind of relationship with half of the players. Ralph is clearly a piss poor man manager. Disappointed to see Steve Cooper being mentioned as a potential replacement. If that's the best we can do then just keep Ralph. The outcome will be the same with either of them in charge... Relegation.
  19. This! His record is terrible. This season has pretty much picked up where last season left off, and that's after a fairly substantial investment in the squad. The lineup today was probably our strongest, baring Lavia's injury and not starting Perraud at LB and we lost to Everton! Everton at home, FFS! They're easily one of the worst teams in the league. It's simple. Ralph has to go. Under his guidance saints have gone backwards. The board have invested in some great young players. Now it's time to get a manager in who can develop them - Cleary, Ralph is incapable of that. He's tactically naive and couldn't change a game if his life depended on it. 1 point from Leeds, Wolves, Villa and Everton. For F***s sake. They're the teams you have to be beating if you're going to stay up.
  20. Just fuck off now, Ralph.
  21. Basically, 70% of our fan base don't think he's up to the job.
  22. I refuse to pay another penny to watch whilst Ralph is still at the club. He's absolutely clueless and I can't afford to keep paying to watch shit like that. I'd rather give the money to charity and feel good about it. Watching Saints is just depressing. All that young talent just sat on the bench while the likes of Mo, start every week while he gives us nothing. We'll definitely be playing P*mpey next season. 😡
  23. We're shit. Again, the finger has to be pointed at Ralph. He keeps starting Mo, yet we've got 2 superior players in, Armstrong and Aribo sat on the bench. When is Mara going to be given a chance? We've made some really positive signings yet Ralph has as playing the same crap football.
  24. Typical Saints. Beat Chelsea, lose to Wolves, who haven't won since April. Whenever there's a statistic like that and a team hasn't won for months you just know they'll end their drought when they play us. We're going to pay the price for failing to sign a striker.
