J-Rod has been a complete waste of money. Mayuka is completely unknown. We should've kept Sharp, as others have said he was our in-form striker. Why get rid of him if Mayuka wasn't ready to play. It makes no sense and just reinforces the fact that Nigel has made some awful decisions this season. I have a gut feeling that if Sharp was still here he'd have scored more than J-Rod & Mayuka this season, but in reality we'll never know.

Tactically he's been a joke this season. I'd seriously be looking at someone with a bit of experience to come in and work alongside him.

I posted a thread like this at the start of the season and got absolutely slated for it. 7 games in and I think it's blatantly obvious that we spent very badly and have failed to strengthen in the areas that really needed it.

Just stick Chaplow in there. He really should've started at Everton but that's another story.

I think we've really missed Cork this season. With him and Schneiderlin missing we really struggle to protect the back 4.

QPR deserve everything they get. They sacked a perfectly competent manager for no reason at all. Whether you like Warnock or not, he'd got them back in the Premier league and was doing ok.

Absolutely spot on. I'm seriously concerned about NA's apparent lack of tactical knowledge. He's got it spectacularly wrong in at least 4 of our 6 games.

We're you there today? Everton battered us in the 2nd half and if it wasn't for Gaza they would've had 4 or 5 more. We defended (if you can call it that) too far up the pitch which kept leaving us exposed at the back. Throw in our defenders ability not to get stuck in and constantly back off players who ran at them and you've pretty much got all the makings of a team who simply can't defend.

We are ****ing awful. The back 4 are a joke. The midfield are second to nearly everything and constantly backing off their players. It doesn't matter who's in goal when you've got **** like that in front of you. Once again Nigel has shown that he is tactically Naive.

We'll get beat today. 3 or 4 nil.

Just reading the football headlines on the sky website and one of the headlines read, 'Southampton could be set to unveil their own Fab Four in merseyside on Friday night' and then there's nothing more. It's taken from The Echo but there's no story. What on earth are they talking about or is it just a loads of ********?

I refuse to watch it until they replace the presenters who are well passed their sell by date. It's nearly a quarter of a century since Hansen and Lawrenson played. The game has changed a hell of a lot since then. Hansen gets £40k per episode, which is a complete disgrace when the BBC have just cut the funding for football coverage on local BBC radio stations. So, people who support local clubs now struggle to follow their local team on the radio in favour of those silly old ****s talking ****e about the Premier league (which in itself is a complete joke) every Saturday night.

This is a fantastic signing. Just read that Stephen Warnock has gone to Bolton on loan. Always rated him. Shame we're not allowed to sign players on loan as he could've done a great job at LB for us.
