Yes. Advantage: Your product reaches a wider audience. Disadvantages: Pallets have to be a certain size or they're rejected upon arrival. Each item has to be individually wrapped in clear cling film and a 'Amazon' bar code placed over the original bar code on the product. Items that don't sell within a certain time frame incur storage charges. Constantly have to reduce prices as more people start to sell the same item and undercut your price. Quite a few returns as people seem to think that ordering Amazon is some kind of trial service. Shall I continue?

A valid point but how about if they did it on a pre-order basis. That way they'd know exactly how many of each size would be required. I'm desperate to get one. I've got every shirt since '76 with the exception of the these three 3rd kits from the 80's that were never made available to the public.
-
Ok, so who's the best person to contact at the club with a list of names who want the shirt? Let's see if they'll bow to fan pressure.
-
I'd buy one. The club are missing out on this. Where's the business sense in not making it available? A limited run of 500 would give a return of £25k and we all know how much profit there is in football shirts.
-
Missing a trick by not making it available. Similar situation to when we had two Hummel shirts in the 80's that were never made available to the public, oh, and the all red Patrick shirt we wore at Blackburn in the early 80's.

Sadly I fear that the current injuries are about to bring our charge to a grinding halt. :-(

Jack Cork Finally Offered New Contract
Sidney Fudpucker the 3rd replied to Andy Durman's topic in The Saints
A couple of papers are reporting that he's rejected the new deal and could possibly leave this month. :-/ -
I said last season that I thought Big Vic could play at CB if required. I still think he could do a good job there. I'd rather see him play at CB than Cork.
-
2 years ago and for £4m then he would've been worth a punt but not now and certainly not at £12m.

Eljero Elia - Confirmed 6 Month Loan

Sorry, what were you saying??? lol -
Totally agree. He's good for the last 15-20 minutes to run at tired defenders. Still not forgiven him for that miss at Spurs. :-(
-
Just reading the Dutch Telegraph and they're reporting that we've agreed terms with this guy and he's joining in January for €3m. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eljero_Elia

Post-Match Reaction: SAINTS 3-0 Everton
Sidney Fudpucker the 3rd replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
Absolutely superb result. Certainly didn't see that one coming. My only criticism is that we didn't try that formation a few weeks ago as it was obvious that the usual 4-3-3 wasn't working. Another tough game on the horizon and another suspension to deal with, however, Maya had a superb game today and another performance like that should see us right. -
As I said last week. A bloody expensive replacement for someone who was doing a perfectly good job. He looks very average indeed.
-
Koeman got the team completely wrong tonight just like he did against Burnley. These teams are battling for everything that can get and he should know that and react accordingly. He took too many risks tonight with his team selection and now we're without Vic & Morgan for Saturday. Sorry, Ronald. Not impressed at all. Now we're facing a sixth straight defeat at the weekend. Brilliant. Sort this ****ing mess out.

I said at the start of the season that I hoped Pelle wouid prove me wrong but I didn't feel he'd get into double figures. He's done better than I thought he would but he's starting to cause me some concern, as are others. We really lack a proven finisher, a poacher. I honestly don't think we'll finish top 10 this season. We're a far cry from the team who put 8 past Sunderland!!!
-
£10m quid. Has age on his side but he's proving to be nothing more than an expensive replacement for Boruc, who had done nothing wrong.
-
Correctly predicted a 1-0 defeat, just gutted I didn't have money on it. Koeman got it totally wrong with his team selection today. Mane is far more effective coming off the bench with 20 mins to go. Don't understand why Pelle didn't take the penalty. Off to the bookies to have money on us not finishing in the top 10.
-
Just imagine if it did happen. 2nd in November and relegated in May would be one of the biggest shocks of all time. Current odds are 250-1.

League Position end of Jan 2015

Said we wouldn't be top 6 by Xmas and I stand by that. There's some great odds to be had on us not finishing in the top 10. -
Saints 1 Man Utd 2 - Post Match Meltdown
Sidney Fudpucker the 3rd replied to St Chalet's topic in The Saints
Utd were ****ing awful tonight. The fact we failed to capitalise on their dreadful performance says a lot. The difference was one world class striker. Had, Long and Pelle taken their chances then we'd have won 4-2. Got a horrible feeling we'll get nothing at Burnley. -
Exactly. It's all happening about the same time that it happened last season. Our inability to beat the top 6 teams is a concern too.

What's up with Cork?
