Based on this then we have to be real candidates for promotion, however, once in the premiership staying their is another issue altogether, look at the clubs that have gone up and come straight back down in the first season. Their are though exceptions to the rule, Stoke for example have done a good job on staying up and seem to play every game like an F.A. cup final, with this in mind will Cortese make the required investment to ensure we have the players signed to first stay in the premeirship and then challenge for Champions league as laid out in his plans; for me this is a big call but am interested in what my fellow fans think.

That has nothing to do with his after shave, it has far more to do with his Amex Black card!
-
Not in my dreams, but we have, just seem to keep on breaking records, I had a bad feeling about this game before the start and thought it may be a home draw; so to win so well and go top has now gone beyond all my dreams.

You are right, it was just two or three months ago his dad told me he was trialing for a A league team, so I am surprised by this.

I happened to be present at a quiz night at a local bar here one night, one of the questions was, " what is the real name of Father Christmas" the answer, " Chris Crimble" I nearly fell off the bar stool laughing; but that is what they believe here in the States.
-
Not on t.v. now I guess, but I could never stand Chris Peacock, what a plonker, always pronounced ROMSEY as RUMSEY, Rumsey is in Kent for those who do not know.
-
Beating Forest as well, which I believe we have not done since 1900 and frozen to death.

Is he the one with the measles?

I agree with all of that, I think Leicesters problem is too many players brought in at once, far better to evolve than change things that radically, that said, if they do not pick up soon Sven will be gone and the new manager will pick up results, they have to be a real force by mid season as they start to gel; but I have been wrong before I hasten to add.
-
The only ones I can come up with and they are not directly animal related is Jack Angus (type of cattle), Joe Curry and Norman CATlin

I think photo no 24 should be used for a caption competition, the mind boggles with the captions that could be attached to that one.
-
I have to agree with that for the most part, however, the season before last we gave Norwich and Leeds some real competition and we have got better since then, therefore I do think we could make the play offs this season, I honestly believe we are a lot stronger than we all think at the moment, could be the freefall we went into under Lowe that makes all a bit nervous.

Looks great, I would like to add my congratulations to JustMike as well, a superb effort.

I second that, only to add that OXO is only 17, his poop is still yellow for God's sake, what ever happened to loyalty; sure the big four can pay big money just for him to sit on the bench if he is lucky, but is that what it has all come down to now. He really needs to grow up and think about what he is actually saying, as many have said on here already, one season in League 1 and at 17 he is ready fro the premiership; utter Bolxxx.
-
Does he really believe that he will break straight into the first team of a top five premier side, I know he is good but I just see another talent playing reserve games or keeping the bench warm frankly.
-
Not born, but certainly bred from the age of three.

They think so in Burnley too, I just went on the sky sports web site to see what they had to say, at the bottom were a few comments, one by a Burnley fan who starts with the following; " I am a Burnley fan and I am disgusting, Burnley is a much bigger club than Southampton, they were in league 1 just 2 months ago" Just loved the first bit,
-
Agreed, does anyone have any idea who else was after him, I have heard that Premiere and championship sides were enquiring, just be nice to know who they might of been.
-
He wore that overcoat on cold days from the day he took over, in my opinion you cannot beat a dark blue crombie.
-
I have to agree with that, I remember last year when Roy Keanne said that although in League 1, on paper we were a championship side, I believe the former Brentford manager said it as well this season when we won at Brentford, therefore Adkins has got it right when he said we are looking for a few additions that will strengthen what is a winning side, far better to wait and add quality instead of numbers, plenty of time to go yet as I am sure that Adkins and the chairman talk on a daily basis regarding potential signings.

Wow, I knew he had a lot of respect for Terry, however, I never realized that he held him up that high. Terry went on and built his own Kart company, known of course as Fullerton, one of the first drivers he gave help too was one Anthony Davison.
-
Out of interest, did it go back to his karting days? I only ask as a British driver called Terry Fullerton beat him in the Kart world championships, Senna was reported to have said that he would have given up a F1 championship for that title, lovely story told by Terry as well, when the day after he won the title all the drivers were swimming in a nearby pool; Senna was sat up in the seats just watching, at one point Terry was sat on the side of the pool when he felt a huge push in the back, when he surfaced Senna was looking down smiling, he then winked and walked away; Terry Fullerton, possibly the best F1 driver we never had.

Looking at this, does anyone know when the BBC and Sky sports change out their tables from last season?

Looks like she is running them teeth in for a race horse.
