IF you read the post again you may spot the name of the source. Why is it so hard to believe? Wooton was Plymouths captain who was out of contract and we were preceived at the time as needing an experienced midfield general to bring through the kids that RL insisted would return us to former glories. MLT for me counts as a reliable source IMO.

According to MLT he is on £14k per week and are highest paid player by some stretch. For that he should play at a level slightly higher tha garbage.

Also the fact that none of the teams that went down had to sell all of thier decent players after selling all there other ones in the championship the year before.

I think Pardew is a decent manager and I think we we are very unlikely to get anyone better while we are in league one. Tonight I think he has got it wrong as well. As soon as the team and formation became clear my confidence in winning this game drained away. we played 4-5-1 early in the season (fairly unsuccessfully) beacause we didnt have anyone to play up front with Lambert. Why revert back now?

Personally I think anyone who makes the effort on the day and travels to wembley would manage get a ticket off a tout. It may cost a few extra quid but you would get one. If you really want to get in you will do.

that was my understanding too. thats why storrie will bale as soon as they are legally insolvent. whilst they can sell players i guess they are solvent. as soon as the PL deny that route and the HMRC demand cash or they have to pay wages then its all over. unless they have a buyer inplace on 1/3/10 they are finished

Im not sure if this has been covered before but if and a big if it is proved the company (PFC) is insolvent and it can be proved that the directors that traded whilst the company is insolvent then surely peter storrie and others are going to jail. The law states (as far as i am aware)it is illegal to trade while insolvent. So the moment that the club is officially confirmed as insolvent it is all over. Storrie knows the law and he will not cross the line or he is grabbing soap on the showers. Any one else confirm my understanding?
