why are the SMS crowds low...poll
View From The Top replied to lordswoodsaints's topic in The Saints
From personal experience it's the following: Cost - Some friends can no longer justify the overall cost. Last Season - Some wrapped their hand in after the abortion of last season. Shutting the wings - Since being evicted only two chose to move seats, the rest took refunds. Lowe - At least three won't set foot back in SMS with him there and that will remain in any league. They all still care but all believe that the club they grew up loving has gone but I've yet to hear one say a bad thing about the manager or players. -
You'll all be waiting a bloody long time but just keep your heads buried in the sand and pretend everything is OK. F o o k i n g morons deserve this abortion of a club as it is.

Yeh, really cr@p fan me, afterall I only did a 400 mile round trip yesterday on my Jack, shelled out for tickets for etc and rewarded how? Certainly not by the team, made up of youngsters so obviously out of their depth it's scary. That's three times this season I've made the effort. More effort than many I'd wager. So it's fans like me, who have shelled out for 40 years who are to blame for the demise of SFC? Anyone who reaches a conclusion like that is obviously a few IQ points below a moron. The blame is to be laid squarley at the bunch of c u n t s that run our once proud club and they can now f u c k right off as far as I'm concerned. You continue paying your money and propping up these w a n k e r s as you fit right in with them.

What I can't believe is how many moronic sheep continue to attend. They then rush online to castigate those who decided against going as if it makes them some sort of uber fan. It doesn't, it makes them morons. After yesterday I'll be joining the ranks of non attenders as it is no longer worth the travelling or the cost to see a bunch of players so obviously out of their depth it's scary. All the issue highlighted preseason and in the 1st few games have not been addresses such as playing a lone striker at home, who is cr@p whilst one of our decent strikers is playing Champions League football. Lowe's experiment has already failed and will take us down and I feel sorry for Jan and the players.

Oooooo. Hark and the sanctimonious super fan.

I asked my mates if they were going tomorrow. None are. I asked my nipper if he wanted to go. He doesn't. -

Utter ******s from you as normal. I don't know a single Saints fan who doesn't love the long term idea of producing a home grown team. That doesn't mean that we cannot see the disaster waiting to happen which is Lowe's short term plan of doing it right now, without experienced players alongside them. Doubt you'd see that though as your football brains believes that our young strikers will score 20 league goals each this season. -
Saints have lost fans that they won't get back in a hurry as it's too easy to get out of the habit of going and when it's been a while people baulk at the cost. You also assume that they will come back when we've won a few games but B'ham at home should have been the perfect indicator of the things to come. The happy clappy "Saints are my life" types better get used to it because. Cost is putting people off big time. Lowe has effected attendances as people won't go when he's there. It's a team of kids who have recently been out bullied by men live on TV. People have lost interest.

We're not fans, we're customers! Apathy has seriously kicked in though. None of the fellas I'd normally go with (bar 2 season ticket holders) can be bothered to go tonight or on Saturday. Variety of reasons given from can't being arsed, cost, Lowe, working (me)

No, it was a cvntsh thing to do but he'd be baiting me and so he got what was coming. He was a typical pompey 'tard.

Many moons ago I punched out a pompey fan in Vancouver. He'd really got on my tits and I lost my rag.

Raw nerve? Stop being such a gimp. I didn't care if he returned or not. I had no feelings either way then and have allowed by life to move on. You, on the other hand, are so obsessed that your percieved belief that the "lunitic fringe" had any effect on the decison making that it has become your "truth" that it did. You really do need to seek help from a mental health expert as you are clearly barking mad.

I've been pretty impressed with Lowe.

Lowe was, is and always will be a ****. He cares for SFC in the same way Scooby does, not an iota. -
You are quite clearly the saddest, obsessed and frankly, ******* wierdest poster in the histroty of S4E, TSF, SWF. Thank fook you like in Norfolk with all the other freaks.

What a boring **** you are.

That about sums it up for me.

I shall be going. It's an easy run up for me.

Attendance Vs Blackpool 5th lowest in the league
View From The Top replied to trousers's topic in The Saints
Of that, I have severe doubts. Like it or not, and I don't like it as it's having an impact on me as some of my mates aren't going, but the return of Lowe has impacted our gates in a negative way. Sure the luvvies will say it's not the case and cite holidays, Sky etc but that's more to do with the just cannot bare to except that it's true. I'm not saying it's right or wrong as it's individual choice but people shouldn't pretend that it's not happening. -

What I want to know is where were "Lowe's Army". The 10,000 body of men who Scooby told us would flood back to SMS. Or maybe everyone there was part of that army and it was they who booed? -

Whilst Thrush is an appropriate name for you, on this occasion, you are correct. -
