  1. Agreed, no height up front if he is injured.
  2. Shame there was no 6ft 3 in striker on end of it... But agree great delivery from both people on left.
  3. He is a left back not a winger anyway, lallana wasn't fit to start so ended up with Dickson as winger.
  4. Same I was hoping Chamberlain would come on. What we have 1 sub come on thats it. No extra strikers on the bench. Be nice to have a pacey striker.
  5. bloody hope so, else not hear the end of it.
  6. hehe, like it..
  7. Need a Rickie (heightwise) striker in reserve. Lots of good crosses in first half and nothing from the front two. Other than that, very toothless up front.
  8. Usual **** start to the season.
  9. Gonna be a crap night if we dont get something out of this, dad is an Argyle season ticket holder. Been a bit crap this 2nd half, really does look like we are a 1 man team, definitely need to get in another striker that is good with heading and over 6ft.
  10. No chance, plymouth are garbage.
  11. yeah that aint bad, some reason whenever I am down there always end up in Two Trees...
  12. Must admit a lot of the nightlife in Plymouth has changed since a majority of clubs on union street have been closed. The 90's were great down there. And before I was 18 union street was the place to go. Nowadays everytime I head back home Barbican is the place for drinks upto around 12 ish, certainly have no problems with trouble etc. I have not been Oceana since it changed, used to be Destiny's, imo to far out of town (I am a lazy git). As for location, Plymouth close to a very good few beaches, whitsand, bovisand, cawsand, bantham, bigbury, challaborough. Then you have Dartmoor, Some good pubs up there, best for me is Warren Inn, near Two Bridges (close to Princetown). And some very good scenery Plymouth has the places you want to avoid, like any major city. But as Delldays has said above, the locations are pretty good. Ok, seems far from Exeter, but, get there in 30 - 45 mins on a good day.
  13. Somerset for the trophy.
  14. Personally would pick Plymouth after living there for 21 years. Barbican by far the best place to go out in the evening especially during the summer.
  15. I like it. Will order both the home / away shirt after pay day
  16. Looking forward to his payoff probably.
  17. Totally agree, once again the foreign player debate will come into play.
  18. Hodgson or Redknapp (I hate to say it, and will get it on the forums) for me as England manager. But just has to be someone who know the English mentality, we dont keep ball, never have. And just pick the people that have played well and are not injured near the end of season... King, Ferdindand, Cole - all injured pretty much all season Rooney - injured near the end. Darren Bent should have been picked.
  19. utter **** Capello out. Bring in an English manager not some foreign person who has no clue and has to learn the language.
  20. Only reason it is not suitable for football is Blatter is still alive.
  21. Gobsmacked that it was not given.
  22. Too addictive this game.
  23. Looking forward to Sheff Wed, Plymouth (excuse to visit friends and family) and Notts County (fall out my flat pretty much in the ground!)
  24. This is going to go on for ages.
