I state this point genuinely. Are fans entitled to any sort of refund under consumer rights acts for this season? This is not unprecedented, indeed Sunderland fans were offered a refund in the good old days when we beat them 8-0. Out of all the issues I have with SFC this season the silence and treatment of the fans who continue to pay hard earned cash to watch SFC is the biggest insult. Say we have 18,000 season ticket holders paying £600 on average, surely the club should be looking to get some goodwill back and refunding 50%, an approximate cost of £5.5m.
