Whats the the truth? Statement from the administrator yesterday "at the moment there is no reason not to be discouraged"

Im a little confused on the purpose for the £500000. He said initially it was needed to get through the season but was then later inferring it would ensure the club could continue after the end of the season.

I thought the administrator said we were ok until the end of the month and then if a buyer was not found it would be curtains?

I've asked the question, was told it would be put to him, but im not holding my breadth.

Probably wishful thinking but if administration has been probable for some weeks would not the club would have discussed the situation re points reduction with the FL? If they had and been assured there would not be a reduction in our case it would leave the FL in a very difficult position.

Im sure the FL will take legal advice and if they are told their own rules prevent them from docking points they surely would not do it. Similarly other clubs would be told the same and although not happy court action would be a waste of money.

According to the OS the administrator states that SFC continues to operate under the control of its Directors.

Apparently the administrator stated he is working with the independent members of the board?

The statement says Directors not Director?

If they have resigned why has the administrators stated they are working with the directors to obtain investment/buyers?

Once the administrators takeover does that mean the existing PLC board become redundant and vacate their desks. Somehow I don't think it is that simple. I believe some of the directors are also paid employees with, no doubt, contracts. I believe the usual suspects will be well placed to control outcomes.

I think the game plan is now known. RL has commented that putting SLH into admin would somehow ease the debt, avoid penalty points, attract new investment if relegation avoided. Not sure management would change overmuch.

Why the delay until tomorrow? Are their other things going on re ownership of the football club. Probably wishful thinking.

No points deduction? Local consortium most likely buyers? Is their light or still clutching straws?

Echo are claiming that they have contacted the football league who state that points will not be deducted if PLC goes into admin?

How can the council make a decision, behind closed doors, to spend 23million of taxpayers money.

Perhaps not DA but im sure Radio Hampshire would not like to have to find new premises in a hurry!
