Not surprising we may have struugled upfront what with Lallana and Mclaggon injured,BWP,Euell & John not able to play due to insurance and John probably not fit enough yet and Thompson not fit enough yet.If and when the takeover goes through I'm sure this will be one of the priority areas to address.I wouldn't mind someone like Connelly or Cureton.Maybe Scowcroft would score goals in league 1.They are all out of contract and probably more realistic targets than Lita.Wotte says he is looking for experienced players.Maybe with the credit crunch players may settle for more reasonable wages!?

First bit of potential good news for a while.John should score a lot of goals in league 1.Would be delighted if we could keep him.His goals could have made the difference last season possibly as we had enough chances in games but couldn't put the ball in the net!?

We will need to buy 3 strikers now if Rasiak ,Saga,BWP all leave aswell as expected.i would not want to rely on Patterson and White alone.What is the position with Stern John.Could offer him a vastly reduced contract if he hasn't got another club lined up ? Sorry to see DMg go as I thought he would score 20-30 goals in Div 1

Frustrated and deflated but praying tomorrow will finally be the day.If not I fear the club is totally screwed!! Has the middle eastern businessman got serious money or is it a skate disguised as a sheik destroying our club(like the fake sheik in the News of the World)That would sum it all up!!!

Tt has got to be about ensuring we don't get a further points deduction that is holding this deal up imho.Reading between the lines that is what I would understand by safeguarding the clubs future!?

Peter O'Wurl is a good bet as he was trying to buy us a year ago and does not like being in the limelight apparently

How do we know that we will be short of cash if we are taken over.I sincerely hope we are not but spend the money available wisely.If the new owners have no cash then we are going nowhere for years to come. A good long term manager is essential.By using our youth,signing a few experienced frees and using the loan market correctly and far better than this season we wont be far off having a side capable of challenging in league 1.If we then have a couple of million available hopefully we can sign a couple of up and coming goalscores from leagues 1 or 2 or an experienced striker at the end of his career looking for 1 last hurrah!?

Going out of business and start a new club.Lowe must not come back!!

Before thinking of life in div 1 lets just hope someone will buy us and we actually have a club to support next season. Does anyone else think now we have been relegated(all but) through the natural route that we might just avoid the 10 point penalty next season from the FA.I think they will apply the reduction this season or we wont get one at all(maybe wishful thinking) We have solved the problem for the FA imho. Lets hope we get some good news from the administrator and FA soon!!

I fear our lack of activity in the loan market will be our death warrant this season.All our rivals have strengthened and I just can't see our strikeforce scoring enough goals to keep us in this division!? I now feel very pessimistic about our chances of staying up

There are 1000's of fans who have stopped going as they see no hope or decent future for Saints with Lowe and Wilde in charge.This and our appalling home record this season are 2 of the main reasons attendances have dramatically fallen along with the credit crunch. I dont want Crouch back either by the way!! There must be some alternative out there I and my mates have got used to not going this season so much so that none even ask each other if we want to go to the football any more!! Sad inditement of current circumstances at the club.

If Lowe and Wilde are still here this club will be officially dead and never recover.I hope whatever means that need to be taken are to ensure they don't buy the club for a £1

Without another striker who can play alongside Saga and regularly put the ball in the net we're screwed imho.Mcgoldrick is definately not the answer and even more definately Patterson is not.We must get an experienced striker in next week to have any hope which is fast disappearing anyway!!

It should be £3 million for Surman,£3 million for Lallana and £2 million for Davis.If the premiership want our top players they should have to pay over the top.If Birmingham rate Mcfadden at £18 million we should play hardball and get top prices for our players. We will no doubt also be offloading Rasiak,John,Saga,Skacel and Euell in Jan to reduce the wage bill so we can hold out for better prices on the above 3 if they go.

If I was Lowe I'd realise my time was up,the majority of fans were against me,my experiment had failed and spend night and day finding a buyer to get myself out the cra**er before I lost all my money!! Of course Rupert and Michael are far too pig ignorant to admit this.This is why Saints are currently doomed and most fans are totally fed up and no longer attending.With Lowe,Wilde or Crouch at the helm Saints have no realistic decent future.We have more chance of being in the conference than returning to the premiership whilst they are still here !!Football clubs need hope and at present there is little of that at Saints

Lowe has nearly killed this club.I usually go to about 15 matches a season but still haven't been and don't know if I will.Our appalling home form doesn't help to inspire me to go.I can see no hope for this club with Lowe and Wilde at the helm.Sooner or later they will get us relegated to Div 1 ,probably this season.Our fortunes will never change whilst they are still at the club.Not being nasty they do not have enough money to run a football club these days,not even a championship one!!Lowe and Wilde should accept the majority of Saints fans don't want them here and as soon as possible accept they wont get ridiculous money for their shares and sell at a reasonable price. I realise with the credit crunch this might take longer now but there must still be buyers out there at the right price.If they really cared about Saints they should be working night and day to find a suitable buyer to save this club.But they are far too arrogant and it will only be when this club is in ruins that they might admit their experiment has failed but no doubt they will claim there was no other options and blame the fans for not backing them. The Positive people are welcome to their own views but I can't be positive with the current state of our club.I seriously fear for the future of this club.Knowing our luck if we did go into admin what is the bet that Lowe,Wilde or Crouch buys the club for £1.We need a new start without any of them.The majority of stay away fans will not return until something different is done at the club which gives us a bit of hope.You need to go to a match at least with a bit of hope you might win!!

not turning up as we are totally sh*te at home.Thank christ i didn't waste my money on them again today.We are at takeover or bust imho as most stayaway fans will not now return until Lowe has gone or we start winning matches consistently.Football is a results game. The hardcore fans can complain we are not real Saints fans but unfortunately many have had enough of the current rubbish and no hope at our club.Yes I would risk administration if a takeover can't happen as maybe we just might change direction then with no Lowe/Wilde/Crouch etc at this club and oneday have a future again.With them still here there is NO HOPE!!

I dont want Lowe,Wilde or Crouch.We desperately need a clean sweap with all these muppets gone!! Salz , Davies ,Fulthorpe etc if you really care now is the time to act and to save this club.

Lowe and Wilde at this club means NO HOPE!!! There is no way Saints will ever turn things round with them at the helm. So most fans including myself have given up until they go.Yes I will risk administration as this club will never revive with them still here which is why many Saints are deserting the sinking ship. I could of gone tonight but have decided to work instead!!Final straw letting John go so we have no goalscorer. So Reason for not going isthere is currently no hope for this club imho.Usually I would look forward to watching Saints and hope they might win.Now I can't even do that.

This is now a club with no hope!!Everyone start praying as we definately need a miracle to give us a fresh start without Lowe and Wilde.Div 1 looks an absolute certainty our only hope is Barnsley,Forest and Doncaster having shocking seasons and staying below us!! Yes the bad news hurts less and less.I used to have a bad Saturday night if Saints lost but now a quick shrug of the shoulders and just get on with things as normal.Worringly more people are switching off/caring less about Saints every week
