Agreed, barring a few hiccups we've had a great season since AP got his "Winning Mentality" instilled in the team. It's fantastic to think that now , IF we go behind we still believe we can win it, rather than the old mentality which we used to have of , 2 goals ahead , ah we'll draw or lose it then. I love the passion that's now back in the club, reminds me of the 80's / Keegan era.

We were in the "Gods"; 2nd row behind Scoreboard. The sound & the view , like the result, was amazing .
-
I think you were at a different game to me then. I thought the atmosphere was electric. Sore throat at the end from all the singing. FANTASTIC

Well my teenage boys loved it (I quite enjoyed it too) . If you you don't then stay sitting. But it looked to me that a great proportion of Saints fan did enjoy it. Great Day Out :-) It amazes me how some people can turn such a great day into a moaning session,

I didn't hear any boos, we were above the score board, but any one who did needs to have their head tested. If it wasn't for Cortese we might not have a team. It was he who suggested to ML that he might buy the club. Really good to see the hug that NC gave AP after the game.

Agreed, I wonder if they'll show that at all. No, knowing the press probably not :smt105

I've taken my sons to a Saints game not at St.Mary's. What a fantastic day out :-)

Saints 4-1 Carlisle - 2010 JPT Champions - Reaction

Fantastic day out, Great result. :-) Was really good to see Nicola's reaction to Alan. Massive hug :-) Marcus looked very pleased too. -
Did anyone get a picture of Cortese hugging Pardew ?? It was good to see :-)

It looks as if he's taken this interview out of context. http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~2006044,00.html The Line ""With the help and constant backing I have had from Nicola, that will continue and I really hope we win this trophy as part of going up the graph." shows that they are working together not at odds. Bloody "Red Tops" are a laugh, it's no wonder I no longer read them.

So who is actually cup tied for Sunday? Can't seem to find the details? Also do we know who is confirmed injured yet? Any thoughts as to what the starting line-up may be? Sorry if this has already been covered but can't see an obvious thread.
-
I think you missed the point of this post, he said "Assuming Saints don't go up" I imagine he's like me. Would love to see us promoted this season, still hoping, but given where we are now the likelihood is that we'll still be in Div 1 next season

Daft thing with the OS is that in the match report they actually say its Ricky's goal "Within a minute of the re-start Saints were back in front. A move which was started by Lambert found Lloyd James on the right. The Welshman delivered a pinpoint cross for the former Bristol Rovers man, who crashed a header in off the bar, and Papa Waigo N'Diaye put the ball in to make sure, but the linesman had already flagged it as Lambert's goal."
-
Yep it's the Brisol Rovers Game that's the difference Soccerbase has Ricky scoring but the OS has it as Papa Waigo ??????????????????????
-
So why do all the others i can find say 24 for league & 5 for cup . Soccerbase have him at this also Now I'm not too bothered about Soccerbase, but I wish the OS would get it right. --------------------------------------------------------------- Actually that doesn't include his Rovers goal so Soccerbase is correct
-
No included that one already. League stats say 29 Saints stats say 28 From the sound of things it's claimed goal that's been given to some one else by the powers that be.
-
Hi, website says "Ricky hits 30" but on all the stats I can find he's on 29, now chances are he'll blast way through 30 by the end of the season, but are they wrong or have I missed a goal somewhere?? And yes, the stats do include the one he scored for Bristol.
-
Oh bum. JPT back to back wins & League champions next year then.
-
Another 3-1 anyone !!!
-
Where did you get the details from? http://www.mikeavery.co.uk/AwayAttendanceAllTeam.htm doesn't make sense.
-
If you're that impatient I suggest you support some other team. One that doesn't lose at all. Problem is there isn't such a team. Considering where we have come from we are doing brilliantly this season. Some people do really amaze me.

Make the play offs this season or league 1 champions next season.

Aim as high as we can, if we don't quite make it we can do better next season. A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush & all that. -
I take it you're not going then
