  1. Hey I've been doing it since Feb and it kicks your a*se. I average about 1000 cals burnt in 1hr, in the hour you warm up (usually 1km run then some dynamic activities, lunges, cartwheels etc), then its technique for 30mins, then the WOD which is where the pain is. Trust me you feel awesome after but during you are just surviving. Work is interferring a bit for me at the moment so been lax the last week, however am back onto it on Monday so if this thread is still going I wil post what I did and my polar heart rate stats if anyone is interested. Highest cals burn't in 1 hr was 1300 !!!! I am not fit either but have been very before so I expect 3-4 weeks of pain before I stop being sh*t and become average.
  2. Sweet, those lazy eucalyptus eating f*cks are just plain sh*t and ruining the fearsome reputation of more awesome ones like the Kodiak or Polar bear and even the transvestite loving vagabond one known as Bearsy.
  3. Where will the bear hate end ? Will we have to stop watching Yogi bear and his cousin booboo, I used to love watching Gentle Ben as a kid although the dude in the waders was defo dodgy. Fozzie bear (wocka wocka wocka) was not your average bear, Baloo from the jungle book loved an indian (King Luie was better though). and what about the Chicago bears ? or even Bear Grylls !!!! I normally like to join vigilante hit squads but against most bears I will pass, but please sign me up tho if a koala bear ever joins the board, they are just lazy aussie c*nts.
  4. Interesting fact for you (or maybe not) My folks went visit FI over xmas for a holiday (yeah I know) but the interesting thing about this is that they bumped into the head legal dude out there who runs the islands prison. They currently have 5 inmates and of those 4 have been convicted of being peodo's !!! Also a scottish dude also broke into the prision as he missed visiting hours and wanted to see his mate.
  5. hahahahahahahahahahaha "what about you fags" is gonna only get Mr Bear to reply isnt it or will the navy posters turn up ?
  6. Thing i am gutted about is that i don't have to move house till next year and that estate is only up the road from me so could of got a real good deal on property there at the moment if i moved now. Agree with faraway, no one just gets up and pumps a load of shells into the bathroom into someone crouched down on the floor (not your typical peeing position) before checking if the woman next to you is in bed. Thought he used to be a good guy until olympics when he accused a guy who beat him of being a cheat and he apparently has history of emotional outbursts or fights. Wish same spotlight was placed on all crime here especially terrible one's like this - http://www.timeslive.co.za/local/2013/02/06/raped-cape-town-girl-named-attacker-before-she-died-report
  7. We have all been fans a long time, was it such a while ago that we celebrated a rare win in the premier league and were happy we weren't bottom. We have had a run of games v Everton (H), Man U(A) Wigan (A), Man C (H), Newcastle (A) and QPR (H). Out of all of that I would of said QPR must win, the others any points would be good, but in reality we have picked up 5 pts but I would of said at the beginning of the season only Wigan/QPR wouldn't be top 6. Today was disappointing but more so because we expected to win but the Man C win has shown the games we are worried about coming up should also offer a glimmer of hope.
  8. What!!! you can't just blame Fox and Hooiveld ;-)
  9. Still games to go, snap judgements are never good. Lets see how we are at the end of the season as if we are relegated then I am sure this entire board will happily agree and we can create a lynch mob.
  10. My thoughts entirely, spiderman barely (pun intended) seemed to get out of our half where as v Wigan and City he was pressing the DM of the other team. Am thinking 2 weeks of the sheriff killing them wasn't a good look for the team before newcastle and they still look jaded now.
  11. But at least we have a **** Actually i will take that back, negativity gets us nowhere.
  12. Not so happy with Foxy but what can we do !! He's due a good game and an assist surely ?
  13. Boruc, Clyne, Fonte, Yoshida, Fox, Puncheon, Cork, Schneiderlin, Lallana, Ramirez, Lambert
  14. I hope her boyfriend of somefing took those pics cos asking her mum or dad must be awkward. I'm not liking her attitude to photo's as she has taken pic one day then another day taken pic 2, continuity in her photos is ****. Not professional.
  15. yes am loving this and this season I hope your 17th prediction is right :-)
  16. At least all 4 of us have the same team
  17. Southampton team: Boruc, Clyne, Yoshida, Hooiveld, Shaw, Schneiderlin, Cork, S. Davis, Rodriguez, Lallana ©, Lambert
  18. Had exactly the same feed and 100% agree, Andy Townsend emphasised the point about us not letting them play about 10 times and called the pen appeal 100% if it was a big 4 player going down. Not sure what Don Hutchinson added in value though.
  19. Am looking forward to the man city win next week we are due some luck. Thought we pressed well today again, the players did it for a whole game this time now to work on set pieces and if an Argie defender can sort out our defence then no one can, we need his box of dirty tricks. Boruc hardly had much to do, Punch didn't do enough for me to stay on the entire gamem he slows down the game and opportunities with his dribbling, this isn't the playground you can't dribble round the entire team, get your head up and look for a quick pass or cross. Cork and Spiderman were fantastic, was impressed with cork and his ability to get himself out of tight spaces with fancy footwork, did it numerous times in the game even at right back. Davis again came on and provided energy like AL and the closed down well, didn't create too much but were solid. Ricky and Jay were fantastic in my opinion you don't want your strikers to be creating the chances they should be on the end of them. Onwards and upwards, tomorrows another day and we owe city who in my opinion are average without Yaya who is happily here at the moment so I am praying IC beat Nigeria tonight as I don't want to see him next week.
  20. With 1 I think we could be ok and thus improve our attack to create better chances, with 2 we could be exposed and the system not wok, it will be an interesting first 20mins
  21. hahahhahahaha you don't know the VMAN
  22. I'm looking forward to seeing how Gaston and Punch adopt to implementing the press and creating triangles after witnessing the excellent 2nd half from the bench.
  23. It is to that charity and he didn't have to do it.
  24. I just love how this gesture today of all day's is going to make all other signings (mainly QPR's) look like money grabbers. Maybe a precedent will be set and more uber rich footballers set aside money for Charity and not just as a tax dodge.
