He always does give his all. I won't criticise players that do that. His attitude and commitment to the cause are 2nd to none.

Well believe me, he was fantastic, and note that I did list Le Tiss, Paine and Bates as well. Davies and Channon I agree weregreat for the club, but hasn't Channon already got a Suite named after him? I'm not sure. I would have: The Alan Ball Stand (Chapel) as he was known as a family man. The Ted Bates Stand (Itchen) as he was the main man in club history. The Matt Le Tissier Stand (Northam) as he was the hero of the general Saints supporting public. The Terry Paine Stand (Kingsland) as this stand is closest to the City Centre (The Dell, site of his legendary performances for Saints).
