Just forced my 12 year old lad (who is making his first trip to Wembley tomorrow) to watch highlights of 1979 league cup final to reinforce what a big occasion this is (as it happens I was too young to remember it!) how different the world seemed then... then i have watched 2003 fa cup final & 2010 JPT final to get me in the mood!!! So I've managed to secure an extra ticket for the final, meaning that I can keep a promise I made to my 12 year old lad before the semi final, BUT, the missus is saying I can't take him because: A: "you will be ****ed an hour up the road" & B: "he's got school in the morning and you will be back late". so....what the hell do I do? A: respect her wishes (she is technically right) or B: divorce the ***** and give my lad an amazing day of memories that he'll never forget? Answers on a postcard

What the hell has happened to Fraser? Yet another game where his kit won't need washing, he brings nothing to the team. Getting really fed up with other teams keepers putting in performance after performance week after week, doing what I they're paid to do, and Fraser conceding pretty much everything on target. Time for a change

Working away, watched the game in a dodgy social club with a bunch of LFC fans who were total class. What a night!! I'm not going to sleep! Buzzing!!! Wembley!!!!

Really enjoyed the performance and result today, albeit against probably the worst team we have seen at St Marys this season. Now onto Wednesday night, is there any reason to make any changes to the starting 11 ?? (injuries aside) Puel has never named the same side in successive games but surely now is the time to. All the pressure must be on Liverpool so lets get up there and get the draw that we need!! COYS!!!
