it's a shame everyone remembers him against the best forward in the league last season, posession wise and distribution wise the back 4 works a lot better with seabourne in than Jaidi for natural balance. This season it'll be horses for courses, if we need a solid defence he'll use Jaidi, if we need to keep posession at the back more he'll use Seabourne and move the leftback forward, infact if you think about how the shape changes having a left footed centreback allows our shape to be very fluid, especially with the way lallana drops infield and morgan/dean like to come short to collect.

his previous work at saints was part time and done to get his badges, then he applied for both the Eastleigh assistant role and the Aldershot role at the same time, he took the eastleigh role then aldershot made a decision on they're Youth Development role and offered it to him, he left eastleigh with no hard feelings according to the eastleigh website.. I should imagine a fulltime role with Saints was an even better oppertunity, so he came back to his spiritual home

JK's in Eastleigh TC itself does great food and has Old Thumper + a lot of other ales on tap, you only realise you are in Eastleigh when you go out for a fag. Other than that, the Criks is okay, The Forge (despite Boj's approval) + Otters food/beer ale are both fantastic but not as close to a train Station (or as good on a summer day) as the Bridge Inn, Shawford.
