With Ipswich's current form they'll come at us, confident of the win there's no doubt. That's where we are at our strongest, when teams come at us - so let them attack, we've struggled with teams that park the bus at SMS often, and I don't think they will. Bring it on I say. With that in mind Barnsley will be a stern test, make no bones about it - this is not a gimme.

Awesome.... Hairs on the back of the neck stuff, thanks! Together as one.
-
Even if he goes or not, hopefully it will destabilise their form as they all become a little unsettled... a couple of poor results will dent their charge considerably - he says hopefully!

I notice the hardware there when I went past the other day. I live in the 'wood so will let you know as I see exciting things! -

Love the way Allardyce says Sharp acted because "The Southampton player has held his face when Matt Taylor pushed him in the chest.". A.) Sam, the photographic evidence proves you saw wrong - now admit that you made a mistake. B.) Regardless, it is a red card for raising his hands to an opposition player. Now pipe the f**k down. I'm very sorry that Billy has had to suffer that, I'm sure both West Ham and Doncaster fans would be equally disgusted. I agree with all that this should be treated with the most severity possible as it is indicative of the way things seem to be going. Stu0X's info on the Online Disassociation Effect was enlightening and it is a sorry state of affairs indeed we've come to this. If this chap had said it to Billy directly, you'd imagine the latter would be in a spot of bother as I imagine he'd have had trouble keeping cool. That said, the kid wouldn't dare as he hides behind a PC. Find him and shame him.

7 I've bitten. On the basis you can read, as you've written this drivel, check out the "Goals scored" column. And then find a team that have scored more. Exactly.

pipe down til at at least the end of the match sonny.

Not sure I'll take 94 mins of this...

SSN Reporting Rhodes to Norwich and Hooper to one of two clubs in Russia. We may not return for them come summertime!
-
Without sounding presumptious, of course it remains seven subs in the premier league... #chickencounting (as I think the kids do!)
-
Ultimately, lifelong Blades fan[citation needed] Sharp rejoined Sheffield United on 4 July 2007 for a fee of around £2 million, a deal that also saw Sheffield United's Jonathan Forte transferred to S****horpe. Sharp was allocated the number 24 shirt.[11] From wikipedia.... Forte must be sick to the back teeth of Billy Sharp!

short term CB loan to cover the returning fitness of Jos/Jaidi and Seaborne would ease my mind as well now - I think we could then say a very successful window!
-
If he is sub £2m and we do indeed sign him, it does on paper represent some excellent business, especially considering the sums we were prepared to pay for Hooper (and maybe Rhodes) - that would be some deal and significant credit to NC and NA if we do get our man without paying over the odds. We can go back for one or both of the others in the summer!
-
I've just looked at Sharp's stats... I didn't realise quite how prolific he is (that Sheff Utd period aside).

Mate, cut out the "Northam mongs" will you? Don't tar all with the same brush, I'm confident there are fools in each stand and sweeping generalisations are rash and you diminish the credibility of your arguements. And that is a pretty offensive term as well. Cheers.
-
Yep, agree. As others has said, he can be a match winner so lets see what he can do... he'll be a little bit off of the pace in terms of fitness though, no? Probably needs to delete his tweets as well.
-
Chap, let's not tar all with the same brush eh? I've never booed anyone in a Saints shirt.

We're in a rowing boat now, grab an oar folks!

He's a legend, but would you want him touching your bottom?
Stattmeister replied to jawillwill's topic in The Saints
Great video, thanks. And no, by the way. -
It's a good point - is it not better to leave him in the reserves rather than potentially "strengthen" a rival? Unless he gets a Bolton-esque cal; (a la Blackpool) last yr, I'd sit tight on him 'til Summer I think as he won't drop a league. I suppose the flip side is that is that if in the CCC he may well damage other teams' promotion credentials...
