We'll see if the board have faith in this guy cos clearly we need to make a couple of signings regardless of anybody going out, so if the board have faith they'll back him with the old cheque book won't they. Not doing so will say a lot imo.

People say don't blame puel, look at the players, they're not performing, not stepping up. Well I'm sorry but he sets the tone, the way we play, the buck stops with him. The performances hurt more than the defeats. Just too negative. No plan.

I have also heard that he is carrying an injury. I don't know what that injury is but it must mean that he can't jump or dive to his left. I don't think we played diamond yesterday. It was clearly more of a 451 with Tadic up top, sometimes JRod. The wide men dropped deep to form a 5 man midfield enabling the midfield 3 to stay tighter together. Personally, I think the 5 dropped too deep at times letting Arsenal have the ball with little to no pressure. Sometimes arsenal's deepest defender was in our half, we were that deep. If you're gonna play that deep, at least have Long on the half way line with his threat of pace, rather than Tadic.

I agree with some comments I've seen that say we are not playing instinctively because I've also noticed that we've had good spells at the end of games, when we've been behind and the game has become a bit ragged and we've lost our shape a bit. Basically, we've played with instinct in those periods.

No not really as it's there for all to see.

I think it works quite well in defense but in transition to attack those wide men need to tuck in and find space between the fb and CB. This can obviously cause confusion as to who's picking up who. Up to now I've only seen the wide forwards staying out wide, mostly. Only in the last 15 when the games gotten a bit ragged as well as our shape have I seen decent positions taken up by our forwards.
