Let's be honest here, the amount of attractive football we've played under Martin has been minimal - the vast majority of it has been tedious, boring stodge played at walking pace. There have been huge chunks of meaningless passing sideways and backwards - how often does the fare he serves up get the fans out of their seats? Who can't wait to get to St Marys for the next game - it's more a case of can't wait to get out of St Marys at the end of each game. It's a chore rather than a pleasure and most of the fans are sick to the teeth of it. Time for a change and an end to this failed experiment.

Yeah, they'd have to go back to playing normal football rather than having the crap coached out of them by Russell Pep Lite Fucking Martin and his bunch of lapdog assistants. Time to simplify things and play fast attacking football with no fear of committing men forward in numbers. Get players receiving the ball between the opposition lines by good movement. Midfielders constantly on the half turn looking to go forward rather than backwards. Crosses, shots and wingers hugging the touchline. Our defence will never be great so accept that and with some luck and Ramsdale performing heroics we'll win more games and at least show some balls and fight instead of this mundane walking football that serves no purpose other than to inflate our possession stats. We know we're probably going down so let's do it with some passion and not with a whimper. We are a better side than being portrayed by the current manager who continues on his own crusade to reinvent football even though he clearly doesn't have the tools or nous to do it.

Yeah and I'm sure the forwards who hardly ever see the ball are really happy that Martin views them as not being brave like the defenders. It's strange that RM advocates possession football yet he's been here for 18 months and still not managed to coach many of our players how to pass the ball.
