At the game and it had a cracking atmosphere particularly after we scored. The VAR got involved which took absolutely forever and it literally sucked every drop of colour out of the game. Horrendous system which the Norwegians have got wise to. Add in a ref who might be having a free Saudi holiday off the back of this and the game at this level feels rotten. Roll on next year.

The only thing weaker than our defending is the coherence of Nigel Reo Coker on the CBS’ Golazo network. Poor lad can barely string 2 words together alongside the female equivalent of USA soccer guy. It’s excruciating to listen to.

Walking out the ground now. The first 55 minutes were good, with the usual howler and possibility of hiccup at any time. Ref was poor and missed plenty. They had one off the post and two clear headers they failed to convert, so they were always goals in it for Leicester. After the subs we just totally fell off a cliff. And they lost any sense of fight once Leicester equalised. Players looked broken at the end, and the crowd really turned on Martin too.

Incredible - Martin obviously chastised the players for trying some initiative. The very next chance to counter attack, we go back to Russ' plan, pass it back and guess what.....
