As it's a slow news day, I see that next season's new ball has been posted on Saints' Facebook page. Not that interesting but I noticed it's got the "normal" club crest on it..... so that puts to bed any speculation about a new club crest this year.

Has anyone else noticed that if we get into the playoffs the home game doesn't seem to be included.... "ST is the only way to guarantee.....being first in the queue for cup games and any potential play-off matches" I'm sure the home leg was included the last time we made the playoffs.

I still think it could be Peterborough challenging us more closely for second spot. Their run in is a lot easier than Huddersfield's. I'm now thinking a draw between these two at the weekend would be the best outcome.

My man of the match today. He's the one player who can grab the game by the scruff of the neck when we need it. Pure class.

Completely agree that anything can happen in a one off game. But if you think about it in terms of probability, surely we have the best chance. Yes we won the cup in '76... but how many FA Cup's have been won by the top 4 teams over the last 20 years say?

....so you're saying the quality of the squad has absolutely nothing to do with a teams chances in the Playoffs? Would you be just as confident with MK Dons' squad going into the Playoffs?
