"We don't need to spend money, we wouldn't know what to do with many more players. Still think you're underestimating your chances, Saints 1 Brighton 2....but only because of Poyet. " for strengh in depth

I think we have to buy players

Sorry BHA your an idiot. Like others have said the Brighton fans I know are top blokes and as fans brilliant. You've gone through alot and am pleased you have finally got your new ground. To think that you paid a fiver to this forum to write your rubbish is kinda funny mind

I saw James Beatie in london Rd Subway and his mate that was with him was stroking his stubble an awful lot in the queue. Very sycophantic.

I prefer to call it CDO. It's alphabetical then. But I used to suffer from it in small ways as many of us do. One example was if I accidentally brushed something with one hand, then I had to do it with the other. My hand would feel like it was itching until I did it.

I think that on a bank holiday it is normally a Saturday service so OK on that score. I did hear some people say that there are major engineering works that day and trains will be completely screwed, but the South West Trains timetable doesn't seem to reflect this at the moment, so fingers crossed, it will be OK

I hope Barca win, but have a feeling that Real are going to do well this year, both in la Liga & Champs League. And as has been said, José has the sign over Barca. Maybe 1-1 here, but Real win the title (but hopefully not).

The homophobic songs are so predictable and boring.

I dont think we should loan them any players ever again.

Fantastic 125 Celebration @ Today's Game!

What are they going to do with that many shirts? -
I have a lot of time for many of the players mentioned. Some of them Saints fans were very wrong about, some did their best, and I think some were possibly misquoted. But that *** Andy Townsend gets on my nerves. He fits perfectly on ITV

Yeh, we were ace that day at Coventry. Other great gaols include Ivan Golac V WBA Barry Horne is a 2-1 home win against Man City in 8990 Russell Osman with a couple of great free kicks away at Charlton & home to Everton in 8990 Jimmy Case away at Liverpool 8990 again. Glenn Cockerill away at Spurs 8889 Beattie at home to WBA 0203 I just wanted to think of a few non Le Tiss ones!

And their spelling is terrible as well.

Is it Surfin' USM when the oppo keeper has a goal kick? Didn't The Beast have links with The Joiners or Southampton as a whole?

I rarely watch South Today, but caught a few minutes on Wednesday or Thursday. Brighton or Cherries fans may have been wondering what on Earth the point was of the feature they showed about Ngel Adkins having been in the job 6 weeks and how he was expecting us to do well. They may well have also wondered what would be the point of a feature saying that they are both doing well, but Bmouth have lost to Saints twice and both sides have smaller attendances. It is a regional magazine show and nothing to get worried about. If we manage to win promotion, then I am sure they will jump on the bandwagon. If you ever look at Cherries or Skates forums, they will both say that Meridian, BBC & Solent are all biased towards us. I don't really watch or listen to any of them but I am sure they are all pretty fair I have had wine and I am Mr Reasonable tonight.

Only a small point, and agree with the above, but at one point Oldham were attacking and they were offside. The lino flagged and D'Urso acknowledged it but played on. We didn't have the ball under control and it was bobbling around the edge of our area. A goal for them then would have made for an interesting reaction

Been to watch Barca & Valencia a few times. Easy to get tickets for apart from the obvious games i.e. madrid at Camp Nou or Barca or real at The Mestalla. Don't use the ticket agencies on the web at all. You will be able to book tickets through the club websites easily enough and collect them at the stadium. Hoping to go & watch Hertha Berlin in January. Can't wait for weekend in Berlin.

They do exist. Awards ceremony was the other night http://newsarse.com/2010/10/21/chas-and-dave-secure-clean-sweep-at-mowos/

Against Saints, hard to choose from Bergkamp, Henry, Schmeichal or Cantona. Away from Saints, Messi, Iniesta, Xavi or Ronaldinho when he was at his height. But think would put Messi at the top.

Cabinet War Rooms are well worth a visit. I must go back as they have opened new sections I believe. Also, not sure if you are travelling up from this area, but worth getting one of the two for one brochures for various London sites (including War Room, Eye, river cruise amongst others) from one of the mainline stations here. And as others have said, the Imperial War Museum is a must, but you won't get time to see much else if you do it justice!

Have a stroll down the Thames, get something to eeat at Borough Market, and then you are also near The Clink Prison (which would kill half an hour or so) & Vinopolis. Could also take a look at the Tower Bridge Workings & visit the gallery & views at the top.

George Robledo in early 50s? Golac was maybe first Yugoslav?

Finger nails for me as well. I won't have any white showing on my nails for fear of catching it on something. And if someone touches my nails with their nails accidentally, I could pass out

Yep, this. Good player who always gave his all and was one of our best crossers of the ball. But fans didn't rate him and he will probably go the same way as other boo boys such as Kenwyne Jones, Ricardo Fuller, Rory Delap And Kevin Davies

Yep, there was a bit of a to do with Pompey fans after they had played at Reading about 10 years ago, and that all came about from the landlord of the India calling up his Pompey mates (apparently). Sadly, many of the Winch pubs mentioned above are no more and the city is poorer for it. Even Dirty Norms has gone FFS!
