James' "real position" is centre mid. Im not sure why people think he is a right midfielder. He has always played centre mid through the youth teams/reserves.

They havent officially though, its not been on the OS. Am i right that Mills is actually therefore out of contract and as such could sign for any team at the moment? If he was Im suprised Scunny havent snapped him up. Maybe he has a year left?

I know he has a slight injury and so won't be playing today. I expect he will be our first choice LB this season after impressing on loan at S****horpe. However, has he signed a new contract as I thought his current deal ended this summer? I may be wrong, anyone know?

Leciester didnt have any players that any teams really wanted. Howard - on huge wages, Mattock -fee too high. Maybe Fryatt but he's not great. We would have sold DMG and Surman regardless of the takeover stuff. They were gone as soon as we were relegated.

To be fair these players are leaving as football decisions rather than financial. DMG and Surman want to play at the highest level they can. Did anyone really think they would stay and play in L1? If Surman can move to the Prem then congratulations to him. Trebled wages and the chance to play at the top. DMG, moving back home to his family (and child I believe), wages increase and ambitious team. Wotte said we have been negiotating for ages. No brainer for these guys surely? DMG says on the Forest OS that as soon as he knew they wanted him he told his agent to make it happen.
