The league is our main priority and we have to do everything we can to try and get in the Playoffs. The Pompey game is a bonus, if we win then brilliant and if we lose its a shame but we will move on regardless.

Thomas is a high earner and if anyone would take him off us we would let him go.

If we had agreed a deal with both and went for Seaborne then AP obviosly rates him more. If Ward is so great how come he never plays for Coventry and nobody else wants him? Seaborne is the right age and obviosly has something.

Ward doesnt have a history of injuries though does he?

He is a Michael Carrick type midfielder from when I have seen him at Bournemouth. Not too dissimilar to Schneiderlin.

I think he views Fonte and Ward as a good long term partnership, they sound like they would compliment each other! I think Ward is the player Pards was talking about, he isn't having a good time at Cov.

Elliott Ward could well be the person not having a great time who Pards thinks could do a great job for us!

Deserves a thread of its own. Would be a great signing. Has been one of Palace's best players this season. Their local paper has mentioned a few times that we are interested in their Fonte articles. Some fans on their forum think he is also due at Saints for a medical over the weekend.
