I would go for Dan Seaborne. Thought he was excellent against United and also when he came on Vs Exeter. He can hit some great passes with his left foot, is not as good in the air as Jaidi but miles better with the ball. Thoughts?

For me it is 8/10 Great to get Lallana signed on a long term contract Great to keep AOC - must have been hard for Cortese to fight off the big clubs so well done, not sure any other L1 club would have managed it, indeed lots lost some of their better players. Chaplow and Guly signed which again is a good move, solid additions of Championship quality. Lack of pace addressed with Forte and N'Guessan - bench will look a lot better now. IMO could only have been improved realistically with a big move for a striker like Austin or Mackail-Smith, but we have enough to get promotion this season and if we don't it will be because we havent played well enough, not because we don't have the players. Also interesting that West Ham bid for Martin. By all accounts very highly rated so lets keep developing him and he could be Jaidi's replacement.

Got to say a good window - didn't lose any of our better players and added in key positions.

Forte sounds similar to Antonio, pacy but lacking composure. We would all have loved to have Antonio back....

Forte is very quick, plays up front. Not sure he has much of a finish though .
