I would agree with Stuart Pearce. They need to build a young team and get rid of the old timers who don't seem to want to be there. Pearce knows the youngters better than anyone! And also the opposition they will be facing in 5 years

He's too old school. Too much of a dealer. I don't think he could do it with a set squad of players that he can't change and mould. He has one way of playing football and brings in players to do the job.

Maybe Pulis was one and Forecast the other?
