harding is hardly unknown, youve got to give it time, in a week and half AP has got to look at the whole club, decide what dead wood (staff) he wants to lose and where he needs to strengthen. hes had one proper game in charge to look at the players and how they react to his training, tactics, management etc therefore he like any manager will of course have some sort of idea as to where he can strengthen, however hes got to be fair and see if the others have got something in them he can use before bringing definates in. have paitience!!!
