I desperately want to stop supporting the Saints as it gives me more pain than pleasure now but I think it’s a disease and I just can’t do it! Do you think we will get rid of the **** of a manager before the end of the season?
-
For me.... 3. Pelle 2. Van Dijk 1. Soares Gazza is a bit too much of a "pretty boy" for me

I'm born and bred in Swindon. My husband is a lifelong Saints fan and when we first got together I used to complain constantly about stupid football on the TV and why support such a rubbish team. When Saints started progressing in the FA Cup run up where we lost to Arsehole in the final I started taking a vague interest. That vague interest has now developed into an obsession where I check this forum daily for gossip, follow twitter, stalk the players and know all sorts of useless crap lol. I really love the Saints and am so glad I fell in love with the team because with the Saints we get a rollercoaster of a ride every season!

Have a sense of humour, it's really not that big a deal, all the current rumours are tosh anyway.
-
I think we all should get a rumour on various clubs about various players just for kicks hehe, could be a fun Saturday afternoon if you are a saddo like me with nothing else to do! (Liverpool and West Ham would be my faves)
-
Hahahahahaha I posted it on twitter just to see if the rumour would take off. It was actually an experiment to compare it with the reliability of other rumours.....I will definitelyl take ALL rumours with a giant sack of salt now Sorry for the wind up, just wanted to see how easy it would be hehe

Oh come on, surely i'm not the only one who picked up on your excellent terminology there! I'm quite "Stoked" too -
Ramiez, time to settle or not good enough?
lillyflo replied to southamptonfclegend's topic in The Saints
Out of interest, does anyone ever look for the positives in Ramirez rather than the negatives? The pundits certainly don't slate him and i'm sure if they thought he was gash then they would have mentioned it. -
Seeing as this has turned into a Morgan Schneiderlin song suggestion thread, how about David Connolly's old one, simple, easy to remember and fits. Na na na na na na na na, Morgan Schneiderlin, Schneiderlin, Morgan Schneiderlinnnn, and so on.

When Nigel left us, everyone was gutted, confused, and disappointed, but as time has gone on I am seeing more and more negative comments toward Nige, what's that all about? Yea he rambled, used the same terms every time such as "endeavor" and "strive" but he was our Nige, he did an awesome job with us, he loved us dearly as we loved him. I really like how we have played under MoPo and agree that it appears to be of a better quality and higher intensity than we had under Adkins, but please don't slate him
-
I was thinking after the Chelsea match about all the ups and downs we have had, and agree that it makes the ups so much more exciting. I bet the "big" teams don't savour each achievement as much as us. Mind you, we are the best fans ever!

Was just looking through the Norwich preparation training pics and is that Steve De Ridder I see back from his loan spell? Can't remember how long the loan was for but it doesn't seem very long.
-
But then, so were some of the questions
-
That is exactly what i said to my husband on the way home from the match! They looked knackered, and i wondered if the double training sessions had something to do with it.
-
I'm very surprised we haven't had any outgoings to be honest, but I could see us doing a last minute jobbie as always.
