Stupid thread. Of course everyone goes because they like football, want to meet their mates, spend time with their kids and support saints. The other things don't ruin the experience just help to make it better and more comfortable. You go to the cinema to watch the film. A comfortable chair and box of popcorn just help with the experience. I guess you would have us watch the film on a bench in a room which stinks off ****? There is nothing wrong with asking for the experience being made better. I don't want to wait 20minutes for a pint but would still go if that was what the service was/is like.

Cheaper tickets for less attractve matches. Let's face it the only way to sell out agianst some teams would be £10 per ticket. Dicounted train travel for fans who live further a field. They have a deal with local bus companies, why not do one with southern trains. Why do toilets have a door big enough for one person to enter at a time? Wh have a door? Just have a wall with a wall further behind ala MK Dons and every stadium and station in japan. Pre buy your pint/pie when you buy your ticket, then have pick up points, where you just exchange a voucher. Saturday season tickets, I would buy one of these. Can't get to mid week games due to work. Police dog teams at half time! Sort out the PA system. We don't need music at points like laps of honour. Electronic turnstyles. Not judging peoples support on the ability to get to one match. One JPT semi final ticket should give you more right to go to the final than say 10 away league tickets.

You can get a refund from the ticket office. I had a similar problem a while ago and the where very helpful. The let me swap the tickets for a different game. I know TNT is not an option now but they might give you a credit note.

Amazingly alpine doesn't have saints player. I think we should all chip in and get it for him. This might stop him believing ever little negative news clipping. It does go to show how the press change things. When you watch the full interview, pardew comes accross very well, a leader. He says that next year we might get the situation where 10 teams come to st marys and park the bus. He wants our crowd to expect this to happpen and to back saints. There is always a danger of the crowd getting on the home teams back, when you are frustrated against a 'lesser team'.
