No one is denying the dinners happened. The argument (or wind up) here is that there has or has not been any evidence provided. So far on this thread there has only been hearsay provided, which can not be submitted in court. To have actual evidence you will have to bring one of your earwitnesses forward, have them sworn in, possibly sign a statement, have that witnessed by 2 independent upstanding members of the community (so not Turkish). Then and only then have you presented evidence.

It is not eyewitness as it was not said to you. You heard (or read) someone said that they had heard it. In this case it would not even be admissible to Jeremy Kyle let alone court.

Numerous people over a number of Saints forums have backed up each others version of what has been said. It may not be true, but it is still "evidence" and you said there was "no evidence". It depends on your definition of evidence. I wouldn't usually be so pedantic but for you I'll make an exception. What you are stating is hearsay and usually hear say cannot be submitted as evidence.

Seriously though, what was all the fancy dress about? I didn't see anything on here about that or hear about it from anywhere else. Did loads of people just decide to dress up or were Hawaiin shirts on offer ion Southampton? I know it was the last away game of the season but it did seem to come out of the blue.
