I'm not disputing that, change is always pain, big change more so. What I am saying is that Ben and Jerry's have had this policy since day 1, they obviously have a talented staff from the ground up. Therefore the argument that talented people will work there (in this case the French) is flawed, at least on a mico example anyway. I personally think some people will leave to start with but after a few years, people will still want management positions, talented or not and French people will want to live in France. So the overall 'brain drain' effect will be short lived.

I believe Ben and Jerry's have a very similar policy in the private sector or at Least used to. They seem to be running a profitable international business that keeps growing.

I haven't even tried to get a pint since Walsall at home at the end of the season before last and that was only because someone we were with went down 10 minutes before the end of the half. Unless you are prepared to miss a big chunk of the football then you have no chance of getting a beer and drinking it before the 2nd half starts. I usually get one at away games though, so shows how crap the current system is. Is it run by the ticket office? There are many similarities.

Ahhh summer, hot weather, beers outside, girls in skimpy clothing and YouTube videos of amazing wingers we are set to sign. I remember fondly the clips of de Ridder, thinking, I really don't think we will miss AOC. I do love the summer, the warm weather and YouTube fills me with such optimism.
