As others have mentioned above - totally immersive experience in another country is what I would do. She'll learn more (and spend less) travelling round India/Nepal/Bangladesh for a year than she ever would in Aus/NZ. It's not the easy option but so much more worthwhile because of that.

Good. Wasn't just me that thought that, then.
-
I think we all know the answer to that.

Agreed. He had to do a lot of defensive work against Lennon and kept Coleman sufficiently occupied that he (Coleman) couldn't do his usual good work going forward. Haters gonna hate, tho'.....

Really? She doesn't seem to think so.... http://www.theguardian.com/politics/2015/apr/04/sturgeon-offers-new-deal-to-miliband

You're mental mate. Pelle's proper ****, don't you know. Don't get me started on Long - ******...

Anyone else got Matt Holland co-commentating? He's like a ****ter Andy Townsend.

82 posts on this thread. 28 of which have 'this message is hidden because....is on your ignore list.' Seems like I made the right decision.

You do realise much of that was 40+ years ago, right? Times have very much changed. Yet, still so angry...let it go mate.

Currently introducing my children to Daft Punk (Homework) for the first time.

1st part = correct 2nd part = doesn't reflect well on Pap. You can hardly judge the entire 'left' based on his posts. If I judged this forum based on a handful of posters' ill-thought out, deliberately provocative, look-at-me ideas (all in the name of 'sparking debate' obviously) then I wouldn't bother coming on here at all.

I don't particularly have much time for any of the main parties. But, as far as the Tories are concerned, J K Galbraith summed it up best: ‘’The modern conservative is engaged in one of man’s oldest exercises in moral philosophy, that is the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness. It is an exercise which always involves a certain number of internal contradictions and even a few absurdities. The conspicuously wealthy turn up urging the character-building value of privation for the poor.’’ Doesn't matter which way you dress it up, the Tories appeal to the less empathetic and more selfish amongst us.

OK. Well, nigh on 27,000 posts in his case.

If you hadn't shown yourself up as a cock for nigh on 23,000 posts, then this might be possible... For once, Turkish probably has a point. Odd that it is yet another Turkish thread about skin colour though....

Yeah - that really is ****ing good.

No Kane for me. He's got form but not class. Would have Aguero any day of the week.

First one that I've seen being ventured with eight games to go: http://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2015/mar/25/premier-league-team-season Clyne and Toby in.

Acapulco is a bit of a hole but anywhere either side of it you've got endless beaches which are basically empty. Pie de la cuesta - 10 minutes in a taxi is stunning. http://www.lonelyplanet.com/mexico/central-pacific-coast/pie-de-la-cuesta

Palenque is very impressive. Get there early and listen to the howler monkeys. I'd forgotten I did the boat trip through the gorge too - some seriously big crocodiles in there.

He was tedious and this forum will be better without him. Particularly hilarious were his attempts at bullying some of the younger members of the forum - always made him look like a massive ****.

I think you mean 'parameters'.

Lived there for 2 years (hence username). Cancun/Cozumel bit too sanitised and generic resort for my taste. If I were you I would fly to Mexico City then bus/plane onto Huatulco (Oaxaca) do beach for week/10 days. Pacific coast in Mexico is beautiful, rugged, loads of empty beaches. Then hit up Chiapas/Palenque for some ruins then head back to Mexico City via Veracruz/Puebla (and volcanoes). Could do that in 2 weeks but 3 would be better. Depends how adventurous you are - you could get a cracking trip done in 2/3 weeks. Can understand the temptation of a lazy holiday in the Yucatan though.

Partly cloudy views here but then cleared towards the end. Got some great pictures and didn't affect our live stream to 20 local primary schools. Job satisfaction.

Quite frankly, it's not my job. If I got paid 67K a year plus expenses I reckon I could have a pretty good stab at a workable solution....unless, of course, I didn't give a **** and was only interested in preserving the status quo.
