Nothing in it links to ANY parliamentary documentation suggesting this law was passed. The rest of the links on that page are ****e too - half of them reference the article you posted. Genuinely, if that law has been passed then it's an interesting one but nothing in that link suggests any other than the usual sensationalist fart with no ****.

I'd disagree with both of those. Stek has looked more solid (so far) this season than Forster did last season. VVD is unproven in the Premier League whereas Fonte has looked like one of the best CB in the division since we came up.
