I always buy tickets for my non Saints supporting mate, as when he comes we try to get a specific seat so need to buy as early as possible. He's been to loads of games but this system will rule him out.

Maybe I can help you with this. Fiotball is a sport, it's not "meant to be an entertainment". You are paying to witness a sporting event, and of course it's nice when it's entertaining, but it's a sport and is primarily about winning. Going to the theatre is entertainment, there's no focus on winning, just on keeping the audience entertained.
