you do have to remember though, that when in administration, a business is run for the creditors, not for the shareholders
if the creditors require or request him to liquidate, that is what he is obliged to do
it is the creditors call whether to wind the company up or not and liquidate the assets. they may do this if they feel there is not a realistic possibilty of a sale.
it also depends if the administrator feels that sfc ltd can continue as a viable going concern. if so, the funds can be retained, if not, it goes in the dissolved pot
must admit, i went to glastonbury a few years ago, and really didn’t get what all the fuss was about. came home on the saturday morning
full of pretentious ****s and oiks trying to be working class or hippies. found it all very false to be honest. and of course, the real hippies can no longer afford to go at £125 a ticket
leave some prawns in his desk over the weekend
offer to get his coffee for a few weeks and always give him decaf. then one day swtich to triple expresso

im too busy working my ass off busting the recession to be able to sit and write all that
although i do agree with most of it. apart form the wanting house prices to fall further that is
well both we suspect. the rules say you cannot come out of administration without a CVA, if you do you get a further penalty, as per leeds. our problem is, we cannot comply with that, as we cannot get a cva, as the club itself isnt in adminsitration
