was a strange team selection and strange tactics given our recent away form, but they played like they were on the beach already
-
didnt Roger Beeks eventually get exposed as old bill?

I thought this game was on Amazon Prime, but cant see it listed

its never going to be a great recipe when the owner wants to run it like an investment bank
-
if we go down it will 2005 all over again. this owner clearly isnt going to put any money in, the club has to be self sustaining. in the championship thats going to mean a very big adjustment, and dont assume it stops with us just going down the championship level either. plenty of examples of clubs falling further than that

we were diabolical 1st 20 minutes. they should have been 3 up before we even got out our own half. i never feklt comfortable til the 3rd goal went it. Hoyjberg looked like a rabbit in the headlights the whole game!. romeo and bednerak were immense. and manage to walk back to my car without getting my head kicked in was a bonus, altho looked like id have to leave it there for the night at one point when we were kettled all the way to the station!

i read last week that they had to sell 300 million holidays a year just to break even. Madness!
-
we might regret looking to let Lemina go. we are going to be short of central midfielders soon when all the bookings Holjberg and Romeu get start topping up

They rung me as well. I pointed out my seat last season was £39 and this season they want £65. Was a short conversation... Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

ive done a 5k and 10k PB the last 10 days. did the surrey tempest 10 mile a couple of weeks ago and was only 50 secs of my great south run time, despite it being a very hilly course. got reading half in 2 weeks, then southampton 3 weeks after that.
-
awesome. got my running number and timing chip in the post today
-
doing my 1st event since Nov 2013 on Sunday, chichester priory 10k. havent run since monday though as ive tweaked my ankle. its better today but not risking it ahead of sunday
-
yep its been great. i like it becasue its got HR monitor, GPS, and stop watch all in one, and the pace setting is brillant as its stoppj gme going off to fast. i really like the HR as it doesnt need a chest strap
-
i got a fitbit surge recently, it has been brilliant for me
-
i found 10k to 10 miles wasnt too bad, but the extra 3 really were. need a good solid base of miles in the bank, min 3 times per week, about 12-15 in total as a minimum i reckon
-
so whats your plans / events for this year? as you might remember, i did the great south run for charity back 2 years ago. well for one reason and another, i hardly ran at all in 2014, and only really started running back at the end of 2015. sadly i am also about 2 stone heavier than i was as well. so a lot to do i really struggled for motivation, finding a cause etc. but have decided that i need to prove i can do this for myself, and not some mis-guided guilt trip over someone elses illness i got back up to around 5 miles in mid december, got a bit poorly over Christmas, and got back into it about 2 weeks ago, and just done anther 5 miler yesterday. am now doing 3 times a week events i am booked in for Chichester 10K - 7 Feb Surrey tempest 10 miles - 13 March Reading Half - 3 April Southampton Half - 24 April Edinburgh Marathon ( relay) 29 May going to be struggle, but ive just got to stay focused, motivated, and aware of what i can and cant manage
