Clyne can play left back, Lovren can play left back, Forren can play left back. I would be a little more concerned about the right back slot, but then we have youngsters as well and how else are they going to get into the team if we buy lots of players to block them.

Unless they bring their grandson and too have moved

Steve Do I get any special gift for finding the fault and doing the testing?
-
FAO Steve Grant. I have done me some more testing and it seems to be the Facebook Integration. I added it back in and it slowed down for me again. Took it off and all ok. This would explain why private browsing works so well as it does not log you into anything else. Also why on some browsers it works and others it does not as not everyone would of logged into facebook in each browser. So if the Forum is slow people, try removing the facebook integration from within Facebook and seeing if things seep up.

Hello all Try this thread http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?45054-Slow-forum I found enabling private browsing fixes it for the moment Depends on your browser. IE 9/10 (not sure about : Tools - InPrivatre Browsing Firefox: File - New Private Window Chrome: Customise And control Google Chrome: New Incognito Window (Or Press CRTL+SHIFT+N) Safari on iPad: Go to Safari Settings and Turn on Private Browsing, Please note when turning on Private browsing your user details are not saved so you will need to enter them on each visit. I have tested this now on all web browsers and turning on Private browsing resolved the issue with slowness on all.

End of season rating for the blog. 8/10 I always enjoy reading it but towards the end of the season a little like the team the writing sort of slowed down a bit (not to say it wasn't good just not the usual standard). I also thought sometimes you and I were watching different games but that's the great thing about opinions and it's good to have a different persons view on the game. I always look forward to reading this on a weekly basis and long may it continue.

That was my thinking about the ad's but then I too noticed full members reported the issue, but it would be strange if it was a firewall issue as it's interested how private browsing resolves it and unsure why a firewall would care. But good luck on finding it so I can get back to not having to type my user details in each time

Might be worth finding out if your hosting company uses cdn distribution servers as it could be an issue with how it's distributing the load into your server, as not everyone is experiencing the issue it could be more localised

Can't re-new with Zebra finance as Southampton are not selected on their Website. Brilliant Well done Saints.

So I had a thought. I turned on private browsing and either they have fixed the issue at the same time or doing so has fixed the slow forum. Try it and see what happens. If it does work simple work around but I'd be asking big questions as to what is trying to run on this website that private browsing turns off.

Seems to affect IE now as well. Good to know the Admins on this site are all over it (probably a good think I don't pay a fiver)
-
Does seem to only affect Chrome and Safari (on iPad not tested my Mac yet). IE seems to work fine. Strange thing is I can load the first page and a forum page but if I try and view reply to a thread it slows right down.
-
FYI, I cleared out my cache and cookies and this site now runs as it should
-
Not just chrome, also affected in safari on my ipad
-
I too am finding it really slow to open threads

Where did MP say he will leave if NC does?????
-
So aside from all the infighting and internet warrior crap on this thread does anyone have any more news on if NC is leaving or staying or whats going on?

I'm actually doing a number of bike rides this year including the Ride London 100 (I'm a little out of shape so this is going to be one tough test) for the CF Trust (having had a very close relationship with CF in my life). So if anyone fancies sponsoring me I'd be very grateful. http://www.justgiving.com/jonathanredsell Thanks. Jonny
