Thanks I sent a similar letter after trawling moneysaving expert that someone put me on. I may well be in touche if they try something funny. (also I just wonder how many people today will be calling their banks requesting for their CCA. I wonder if saints tried it? )

thankfully it's not my main bank. But regardless they have to remove all data relating to the agreement and any reference to any credit agency's and show as satisfied so it will not affect my rating or file if it is terminated.

Regardless of moral duty or such like I have sent them a letter asking for more information to the missing credit agreement. As apparently they are also in breach of the data protection act and also apparently money laundering regulations (apparently they must keep the CCA for 6 years starting at the end of the agreement). Look lets put it this way to the all the name calling. You would and you know you would get out if it if you could. And anyway I am just looking to see if it happens I have no problem paying but if they have broken the law then it is their issue not mine. I follow the law and I bet loads of you do and get annoyed when things don't go your way. Anyway I'll let you know the response if you want and also if anyone can help with any legal advice then please get in touch to aid in what my rights may be and also any parts of certain acts I may use incase they come back with a crap reply

I have a outstanding debt with a bank (Personal Loan). The other day I called them up to say i had moved and also at the same time can they send me a copy of my credit agreement as I had lost it and just wanted it for my records. Now the other day I get a letter from them stating that they do not have a copy of it. This got me thinking. Basically I have done a bit of Googling and found other similar situations where people have had the amount written off because they cannot prove that I have an agreement with them as they cannot produce the original (or even a copy) of the agreement that i signed. What I want to know is do I have a legal case to bring to them to cancel the loan as it stands and if so how would I go about it. any help from anyone (expecially and legal eagles) would be appriciated.

it's a very good netbook but as the majority of the reviews say get the SSD version which is the one I am selling. SO if your in the market then let me know and I am more than happy to take offers nd who knows you might hit the right button.

As I said it seems to be the going rate on ebay inc delivery and I am quite happy to have people make me offers. You will also note that you need 1gb ram and 120gb hdd for windows as it's slow and the battery last half as long. The Linux version does not need as much ram to do the same job and the battery life last longer (a lot longer) You also don't have to worry about the HDD fecking up as it has no moving parts.

Lets get some persepctive on this. 1) The administrators have already done the back ground checks on Pinnacle and they have proved funds and got everything in place to satisfy everythign now and going forward. Only the legal issue with the FL is holding it up. It might be sorted by the end of the day. 2) Marc Jackson is a photo coppier sales man and people are still thinking he has the money to by the club. And then people are believing the "Stories" in the press with regards to the money man behind Pinnacle without thinking 3) Yes Fry is talking to other groups because he has to. (did he not talk to MJ this week?) That does not mean that The deal won't be concluded in a day or 2. Lets all just stop jumping the gun and getting our pitch forks sharpend at every turn of events. I could not agree more. Regardless this guy diserves more than this and so do our fans. FFS if you lot were serious then you would of signed the contracts and just built now for the next 5 years that apparently you are planning for. If you can choose O2. They are the UK's best broadband provider. (But only if they can use their equipent). If your an 02 customer as well you can get 8mb for less than £8 a month or 20mb for less than £15
